Ich habe einen Holzbilderrahmen bestellt, der am Ende nur sehr billig in Holzoptik bedruckt war. Der Rahmen hat mich 25 Euro gekostet. Die Fotos und Bewertungen entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem, was man bekommt. Meine Bewertung wurde ebenfalls nicht veröffentlicht. Der Rückversand ist extrem teuer und man muss ihn selbst übernehmen. Außerdem wurde mir nach dem Kauf ein günstiges Angebot für einen weiteren Rahmen gemacht. Nachdem ich dieses angeklickt hatte war ohne Zwischenschritt direkt der zweite Rahmen gekauft. Eine alles in allem unseriöse Seite!

20 days or more to receive a simple night lamp?
This company buys products in China and redistributes them. I bought the same lamp directly from the USA and received it in 7 days, while I am still waiting for delivery of the one I bought from Montessori.com.

I ordered 6 of the frames, realising I made a mistake. I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel, so I thought I try my luck and just email them 5 minutes after placing the order. And to my surprise, 30 min later I got an email confirming that the order was cancelled and that I would receive a refund. Shortly after I received another email from a customer agent confirming this.
I can’t say anything about their product, but handling was great.

I purchased from this company after seeing an ad on Facebook - the product looked good. the price looked good and the website made me think it was a posh Swedish company.

Then I place my order and see that it's coming all the way from china on a drop ship - completely missed the mothers day date in the U.K I wanted it for and still haven't got it.

I then later check and I could get the same thing from TEMU For half the price.

I wouldn't recommend this website. I'm yet to see the quality so there may be further disappointment ahead

Ich habe Fotorahmen bestellt. Es wird ein Rahmen aus Holz versprochen. Als das Paket direkt aus China ankam, waren die Rahmen aus billigem Plastik mit Holzoptik-Folie! Die gleichen Rahmen gibt es bei Amazon für weniger als die Hälfte des Preises. Grauenhafte Qualität.
Rücksendung an eine dubiose Adresse in Stockholm auf eigene Kosten. Auf mehrere Mails antwortete niemand. Das Geld wurde zurückerstattet.
Kann nur davon abraten.

Its dropshipping, products are from China and they sell is 20x more expensive!!!!

The company is Sweden based, but products come directly from China, the delivery time is enormous, and when the package is stuck or lost they can't do anything about it. There is nothing local about them, nothing local about the product, this is just product from temu or aliexpress. Save yourself some time and go to amazon.

Levertijd is wat langer dan we tegenwoordig gewend zijn maar dat was duidelijk gecommuniceerd. De lijsten zien er mooi uit. Het enige minpunt is dat het plaatje van plexiglas was. Ik dacht dat dit van glas was. En dit plexiglas is erg fragiel. Dat ging bij ons niet helemaal goed. Maar ik heb contact gezocht met de klantenservice en zij hebben het snel en zonder problemen opgelost. Erg service gericht. Ik zou hier zo weer wat bestellen.

I am in the UK and bought 2 frames as Xmas presents. Ordered at start of December well in time to receive by their advertised 7-10 business day delivery time. Item tracking showed them as stuck in a warehouse in China for 11 days, so they obviously didn't reach UK until after xmas. I returned them as they were no longer needed and had to pay postage return to Sweden (?!). This cost £12. So a lot of hassle and minus £12. I emailed multiple times for a resolution and was ignored. They haven't acknowledged that they have received the returned frames but paypal refunded me my initial cost of purchase.

I bought the Toddlers Frame and am very satisfied with the product, as well as the customer service, who helped me correct the address quickly.

Kjøpte to rammer. Da jeg mottok den ene skadet under transport. Varene er av svært dårlig kvalitet, produktene sendes fra Kina og man kunne like så godt kjøpt fra Temu - noe jeg overhode ikke støtter. Anbefaler alle å holde seg langt unna.
