I bought a few wooden toys for my niece and wow, the quality is actually really nice. They feel solid and not cheap at all. She was sooo excited when she opened them

Shipping was pretty fast and the packaging was neat. Felt professional but not over the top.

The toddlers frame makes it so easy to keep all my child’s drawings organized. No more piles everywhere in the house.

UPDATE: They have now acknowledged the inadequacy of their response about the broken frame and sent me a new one. I'd still never order from them again.

ORIGINAL: The art frame we ordered broke with minimal use. The little tabs inside that hold the art in place snapped off. I sent a message to the site and they wouldn't do anything because it was more than 14 days since purchase. Avoid this site, it's just cheap rubbish.

The toddlers frame arrived a bit damaged but they sent a new one right away, no hassle at all. That kind of service makes me trust a store more. Super professional and kind in emails.

The package arrived slightly crushed but the toys inside were fine. Support still offered help straight away which I found very thoughtful.

The toddlers frame was broken when it arrived but they replaced it super fast. The new one came in perfect condition and looks lovely on the wall.

My four year old son absolutely loved the wooden puzzle set. He plays with it often and doesn’t seem bored yet. That’s a win for me.

The montessori toys I picked up for my 3 year old were such a hit. She plays with them every single day and doesn’t get bored. Packaging was neat and had that little thank you card which felt sweet.

The montessori balance game we ordered has become a family thing now. Even I end up playing with it sometimes Quality feels really good.

The toys feel high quality and well thought out. You can tell they’re made to last, not just look cute.

Ordered this for a babyshower thinking it was coming from the uk. When it was taking a little while I checked and it was coming from China! What arrived 2.5 weeks later was cheap and plastic and cracked down the middle. Ive asked for a full refund as there's no way a replacement will arrive in time for a baby shower. But we'll see what they say.

Really beautiful design on the toddlers frame. It looks simple but elegant on the wall.

I found this shop through an ad and thought I’d give it a try. Wasn’t expecting much but got really impressed. Delivery was fast and the toy quality is solid.

I would give zero stars if possible! They sent me a broken and damaged product. The packaging was fine and it was a Mothers Day gift so I didn't open it. When we did we found this broken product that they won't replace!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Cheap plastic arrived broken for Mother’s Day and they would not issue a refund because I didn’t open the box until after the 7 day post delivery window had expired. Trash product and useless support.

I ordered twice by mistake and customer service helped me get a refund quickly. Super kind and understanding.

Took about a week to arrive but everything was as described. Customer service answered quickly when i asked about tracking which gave me peace of mind.

The montessori toys arrived well packed and in perfect shape. My daughter was smiling from ear to ear when she opened them.
