Where do I start
Trying to pay for my medication I get a payment unsuccessful error message. So I contact Sam in the chat function.,
Sam tells me that there are issues making payments with the Edge browser and suggested for me to download the Google chrome browser.
I download the Chrome broswer, I dont know my password|(Who does, Ive a million passwords for a million different sites) So I use the forgot my password link. Where Montu sends you a reset ur password link to my email address.
Well just my luck Yahoo.co.uk mail service is down and has been the last couple of days. I cannot access my e-mail,
Since I cannot access my email, I cannot access my password reset link. Meaning that I cannot access my Montu account or order\pay for my prescription.
So I contact Online chat again
Sam, Has to be the slowest person ever to respond. 12 minutes waiting for a simple reply.
Then another 8 minutes for a yes\no answer
Whole chat took over 30 minutes.
The chat ended with no resolution whatso ever. With no help or alternative offered... Just , You need to contact Yahoo
So Imn guessing Montu's customer service team are not employees of montu at all and thats its a 3rd party customer service company that is outsourced, Where they have no access at all to customers account information.
I asked for an alternative payment link to pay for my medication and I was given the Link to the Montu shop. Which I cannot access.
Vewry Very disappointed.

The pharmacy are good but they use royal mail, in 2 years I have never, not once, had a parcel turn up on time! It states before 1pm but this has never happened

I've been using montu through alternaleaf for months now and I'm really happy with the service they provide. They supply a lot of different brands, my faves are 4c and upstate but its all good stuff at a great price.

Ive never had a issue with montu or alternaleaf untill recently my medication ran out about 2/3 weeks ago i spoke to someone via the messaging service and. They tried to get me a appointment sooner (yesterday)
I tried to push this sooner as I found out I had health issues that could of been linked to the big C which hit me hard and I need medication to ease my mind and to stop stressing as much at the time I sent a email but never received one back, but I have put 4 stars because montu have been great and when I get a reply helpful I did get put on the earliest available appointment for my review which I can not argue about, I just wish there could've of been done sooner and now I am currently waiting to montu to receive my prescription so I can order my medication i just wish there was a quicker way for montu to recieve prescriptions

Honest review: A decline in patient support and medication care
I am writing this genuine review to share my experience and help others make an informed decision when choosing a pharmacy to trust with their health. I am giving one star because my recent experiences have shown a real decline in the level of patient care. They used to be very focused on medical needs, but that has not been my experience lately.
A major issue for me was discovering that, in my situation, they were unable to provide emergency medication when I was running low. I ended up having to call 111 for help. If you are considering this pharmacy, I think it is vital to know that you might be directed to call 111 or 999 if you run out of your prescription, rather than receiving emergency dispensing from them.
I used to have great chats with the team, but things have changed. Recently, I dealt with a Patient Support Coordinator whose responses felt very generic and did not address my specific needs. I was advised to contact crisis teams or A&E, which made me feel even worse. Furthermore, I was promised a call back from a clinician, but because it was after 5 pm, the call never came.
As a disabled patient with multiple health conditions, I feel very let down by this level of service. I have submitted a formal complaint about how my case was handled.
I am now looking at other options, such as Alternaleaf, hoping to find a clinic that offers better support. I hope this review helps other patients consider the level of care they might receive before committing to this service with Montu Pharmacy.

Never had an issue with Montu Pharmacy. From the very beginning back in March 2025 until now, there has never been an issue. Always delivered on time, always been supporting and helpful at times of need.

Choose a better pharmacy
The customer service team are abysmal at treating you like a human, you're simply not valued at all. Any issues you have are simply ignored and brushed aside, I tried going into great detail and was just brushed off and given some stock responses nothing actually written by a human.
The reliability of the stock is awful! You can order something one month and expect the same product to be available the next, the percentages are also never reliable.
Overall my 2 year old nephew could do a better job and would be able to resolve issues much quicker. Do better!
I do not recommend Montu to anybody who asks about my medical cannabis, unless they up their game they won't be around much longer as patients will move to a pharmacy with patient care.
I'll await some stock responses from them written for them and not by them.

Flowers been terrible so far, I’ve had one nice one on my latest prescription which I ordered two of because at the start they tell you “once it’s on your prescription it can’t be sold” load of bullshit because it’s sold out. You never reply to the conversation always twenty minutes later when the window is closed. Most of the flowers done nothing but give me a headache and it’s meant to be helping

Serious delivery failures and lack of responsibility for patient care
I’ve experienced repeated delivery failures with Montu, and more concerningly, a lack of ownership and follow-up when things go wrong.
In short, my medication delivery has failed three times, I’ve had to spend hours chasing Royal Mail myself on multiple occasions just to retrieve parcels, and after escalation, Montu have still not provided a clear response or solution, even weeks later while my next prescription is now due.
The first issue involved a compromised delivery at my building, which led me to switch to Post Office collection as a safer option. However, the next two deliveries using this method both failed due to the same Royal Mail routing issue, despite me being told after the first incident that the problem had been investigated and resolved.
On both of those occasions, I had to spend hours across multiple days on the phone chasing Royal Mail and escalating the issue myself. This is not something a patient should have to do to access essential medication.
After the second failure, I raised this with Montu in detail. My emails were initially not received due to an internal issue on their side, which I only discovered after further chasing. Once located, I was told the matter had been escalated and would be reviewed.
It has now been nearly two weeks since that escalation, and I have received no meaningful update, no findings, and no clear plan to prevent this from happening again, despite the fact that I am now due to place my next prescription.
At this point, I have very little confidence in the reliability of their delivery process or in their ability to resolve issues once they occur.
To be fair, the products themselves are good, but the logistics and aftercare have been poor in my experience. If your situation requires dependable delivery or involves specific constraints, such as not being able to accept parcels via building reception, I would strongly advise clarifying the delivery setup in advance or considering alternatives.
More broadly, what concerns me is the lack of ownership once problems arise. For a service dealing with essential medication, there should be a much stronger duty of care to ensure patients receive their treatment reliably and without repeated disruption. That level of care has not been reflected in my experience.

Montu changes your life!
Monty have been fantastic, they make sure that you have your prescription in plenty of time so there are no gaps in your treatment. There’s a great choice with some at an amazing price. My pain is so much more bearable now and my mental health has improved too. I’m not as tense or stressed Andy sleep is better than it’s been in 5 years. Thank you Montu! You’ve changed my life. So grateful!

I’ve been lied to by multiple agents…
I’ve been lied to by multiple agents promising me my medication would be delivered today (08/03) but after no medication turned up I was told the pharmacy didn’t send it to Royal Mail.
They tried to blame Royal Mail and said you’ll get it tomorrow. That’s that.
Terrible service

Nothing has happened to the order and now will be at least 8 days till anything.

No care or responsibility
I have been with montu for just over a year now, at first it was fantastic but it seems to be slowly falling apart. I am Currently 6 days overdue on my repeat presciption and still nothing is happening. I have tried to contact the company via different services but it either doesn't work or achieves nothing. There seems to be no customer service at all, no real form of communication just false routes to spin you in circles and waste your time. Despite being 6 days over due i am being told i need to wait a further 3 weeks before i can order again! Which means montu are forcing me to skip an entire months worth of medication for no reason at all. The quality of products is going downhill rapidly yet the prices are going up! The lack of availability gets worse each month, items on your prescription get sold off or cancelled. I seriously think its time to move to another clinic.

Ive been in a state of constant anxiety not sleeping hardly at all and Emily h and kacey have made sure I got my medication ASAP. Can't thank them both enough for their patience and support. Its my first year of being a M.C
Its my first year of being a M.C. user.
I founf it easy to aply, most of the people are nice to talk to. I have had some timing problems from time to time. But having the 3 main turps info makes it easer to find what works for you. But id like a chek chart. So instead of picking the meds you pick the condsions, the turps profile pops up. Pick the 3 that work and ping these are the ones you need. Pick and pay.
