I dealt with endless postponements and vague excuses about my withdrawal. Leinș felder intervened and recovered everything smoothly.

I have tried many trading platforms, but Moomoo is my trading home . They have an incredible amount of free info, like company announcements and news,a great Learning Section, including courses to test your knowledge. Papertrading in all markets available to all, holding regular comps in U.S and Au with $ prize pools to share is a great bonus! The best part and reason I've stayed for years is the social community. Helpful, supportive and and some incredible members who take the time to freely share knowledge and advice make it a very different platform, in the best possible way. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in investing or learning about investing.

All the negative feedback made me think twice before transferring my money into the account I'd opened.
I tried to cancel the account but have no ability to print or scan a form, and there is no online form option, so I emailed all the requested details within an email message.
Five emails later they still don't seem to understand, they kept telling me to do the same thing, and were giving me menu paths that did not exist in the app. I've never ever had such a bad online experience with customer support.
Don't put your hard earned money anywhere near this company.

Late update, It was all sorted out (finally) and I have now raised their product to 3 Stars! Problems withdrawing Own moomoo held funds Moomoo was advised to me by a lawyer couple I travelled/dined with a Cunard Cruise.
I read the publicity and mostly positive ads, but unfortunately overlooked the money held and/or withdrawl experiences reviews. be advised, They Are Real! I have spent several frustrating days involved with trying to overcome the mute/many hurdles in trying to withdraw urgently needed funds. When online (via login/PW details via App) methods, which include having to download private Jpg, (don't accept PDF like everyone else) back statement with all your details on view, they also need a blank box filled in with trading password, (never received/used), etc. After many failed attempts a reset pw link was requested/sent, this now asks for some #'s originally used in setting up account. Duh! Multiple to and fro's with three separate entities, being: support/ Ph. and settlements and despite providing all bank details and identity details and pleas for help and MY MONEY please, I receive continual "do this and that", but no refund. It appears money in is no problem, but money out is not company policy or aims! "Sounds Like a Teen P....i". Well I Never, after a Mills and Boone heap of to's and fro's an emphatic representative intervened on a customer's behalf (Me), and smoothed out the Withdrawel procedure. Money received in 3 days, thanks XXXXX person!

Not a good app for trading AU stocks. Even though they say your shares are CHESS sponsored, you cannot register them because Moomoo creates and allocates your AU shares in a parallel, non-CHESS sponsored account.

You cannot transfer between Moomoo accounts and, consequently, cannot register them under your name.

Dodgy company and dodgy practices.
