As discussed, we have already issued a full refund to resolve this. While we’re glad we could find a solution, we regret that your overall experience was disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. The quality concerns you describe are not in line with our standards and will be reviewed with our team.

Lately, some orders have experienced longer delivery times due to items being temporarily out of stock. While we aim to communicate this in advance, we understand any delay can be disappointing. These issues have now been solved.

Bedankt voor je review van 13 maart en sorry voor de vertraagde reactie. Het spijt ons om te horen dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad.

In die periode hebben sommige bestellingen vertraging opgelopen doordat items tijdelijk niet op voorraad waren. We begrijpen dat dit voor frustratie heeft gezorgd.

We hebben inmiddels contact met je gehad en het pakket van je retour ontvangen. Het aankoopbedrag zal nu zo snel mogelijk worden teruggestort.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

We’re sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected. In some cases, delays have occurred due to items being temporarily out of stock, but we understand that a 6-week wait is far from ideal.

We also take your comments about the stitching and finishing seriously. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we are continuously working on improving our products. As part of this, we are currently transitioning most of our pajama sets to cotton materials for improved comfort and quality.
