The balloons were quashed into a box which was to small. Hence one balloon had totally deflated. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

My son was very disappointed with his 30th balloons as the zero had already burst when he opened it.

One balloon was flat on opening which was a huge disappointment as it was a special day at a special venue!
