Ordered product on 7th March and still not received
I wanted this mug as my mother always has flowers so I wanted to get her something else for Mother's Day. I decided on the personalised cup and mug. The personalised mug had pictures of her deceased mum on it. This was something very close to her heart. When she opened the box it was a picture of a dog and the message read 'Happy Birthday Mum'. As you can imagine I was devastated. I then became more frustrated as I could not speak to anyone. I had to do everything online. To top it off, my chats were ended when the customer service reps didn't like what they heard. I am utterly appalled by the lack of understanding about the sensitivity of the situation. I cannot believe they didn't want to do more to rectify the situation that was their fault. DISGUSTED BY THE LEVEL OF (OR LACK OF) SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MOONPIG.
