It was easy to make this card and I had it despatched directly to Hong Kong. One week from ordering to arrival - great service! I haven't seen the card myself, but my nephew is delighted with it (I changed the front of the card from 'brother' his name).

I am unable to review the product as it didn’t arrive. It was for a milestone 70th birthday which has long since past.

This is not the card I chose and the photos are not mine! You also sent a Christmas card that was ordered in December 2023 and arrived in May 2024! Not so impressed this time!
Relatively easy to upload photos. AI to suggest comments is a great addition to the range. Finding a template design initially is more difficult and time-consuming than it should be. It would be helpful to be able to edit any text so that templates are not restricted to “dad”, “40th” etc.

The photos came out darker than the draft, so I was rather disappointed but didn't have enough time before my brother's birthday to return it.

I am still awaiting a reply from moon pig as the delivery was well late arriving. Even though I paid extra for next day delivery. Hence birthday was missed. Said I would have a reply within 72 hours and I am still waiting for a reply
