This website and company MOONSPIN.US was once a reputable company which honored it's written promise of processing and paying out redemption money within a week. Then something changed, I made a redeem request for roughly $500.00 (with another +$300 played through and also ready to redeem). 2 WHOLE MONTHS go by, and after many, many generic company jargon, bot-like responses of "we will look into it' and "it's processing and should be over to you soon, we just don't know when" they decided to randomly - and without warning or reason - BAN my account completely. As if that wasn't bad enough, they banned 2 of my friends the same week! ZERO reasons given at all.

In the sweepstakes casino business, they call this an "exit scam." These people are 1000% planning a rug-pull on their loyal, fair-playing customers.

Your move, MOONSPIN...you still have time to make this right and pay me MY money.

Moonspin, operated by Solar Bloom LLC, feels like a complete bait-and-switch. They stalled my redemption for weeks with the same worthless “temporary system issue” excuse, then closed my account using a made-up T&C violation and offered zero proof. They can post polite replies in public all they want, but when you actually reach out, they ignore you completely. That is not a mistake or a misunderstanding — it is deceptive, dishonest behavior from a company that cannot be trusted. I’m filing chargebacks on every deposit, and I strongly recommend everyone else do the same.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They banned my account for no reason and have not replied to several attempts to follow-up when I requested the specific reason. Furthermore, they have not replied to my requests for refunds for failure to render service which includes redeeming my winnings of $800. Horrible company and everyone that works here is a POS. I would not waste my time with this company and just go gamble elsewhere because I'm sure that this poorly run company without ethics will be going out of business soon. Make sure to file with the FTC on this company and you can also report Solar Bloom LLC to the BBB.

I've been playing on Moonspin for a couple years now and just recently redeemed for the 3rd or 4th time. Redemption seems to be a bit longer each time but rest assured they are running smooth and taking customers. A great selection of games as well as a decent daily bonus, unlike most online casinos these days. Plenty of payment and Redemption options as well. I recommend moonspin to all.

First withdraw was 3 weeks now I have 257 I had pending redemtion for 2 months I contracted them alot they were having issues at two months I got an email asking me to cancel redemtion and try it different route to sent to card instead bank tranfer and that route won't load for me now I'm an additional 2 days with a balance that was already 2 months pending now support took 12 hours to answer email so I tried there crypto route during that time it went through redemtion was pending but once again a email saying that route don't work I need to cancel it again so here we are going 3 days with no pending redemption of a balance that was pending for two months 2/18 I guess I could change this if all works out In timely manner but that not what the track records show... Edited been three days for the to card option to say none of my cards are eligible but the debit cards visa so I was emailed and told to cancel redemtion and send to card for it to be faster that was a lie to get me to restart my redemption there crypto redemtion is also just for looks they will actually let you know to cancel that but it's there to redeem and waste more time..... Will edit again on the wait 2/18 redemption

I’ve waited way Pass your time frame for redemption I am not gonna play here at moonspin any more because you can’t hold up your end on redemption time frame 5 days it’s self is really way to long considering there’s other casino that you can redeem the same day I’m not happy pla here and hoping you guys finally pay me when you want to that’s not a fair casino

I have waited over two months for a single redemption, constantly contacting support. I have had no real humans contact me in order to help me. I have enjoyed playing but am prepared to go forward with arbitration if I do not get paid out.

Do not gamble here. You will absolutely regret it. I had a redemption for a small $112. Was surprised to see crypto as a redemption method and chose ETH. They offer this, but i found 5 days later that they do not know how to process ETH redemptions. They sent an email saying my money was approved and on its way, then 3 minutes later i got another saying there was an error and to resubmit. No indication of what or why the error and of course was completely ignored when i responded. Bottom line is that any social casino that takes 5 days to process a simple crypto transfer is the exact kind of place that is planning to pull the rug out from underneath any day. I also learned theres a legitimate class action lawsuit filed against them. Cant say im surprised.

Had over 5k deposited with them, suddenly received an email telling me my account had been closed with no explanation given. I'm currently filing for arbitration to recover the stolen funds after weeks of no response. Avoid at all costs.

Requested a redemption 17 days ago for $2500 and have still yet to get it. Though customer support responds quick, it is the same baseless “we are experiencing a backlog and are working on it” every time and can not provide me a single detail or timeframe to prove it. Feeling like a scam at the moment, will update and change the review if/ when the redemption goes through. As of now though, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this website.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM Moonspin! I’ve been waiting for almost two months and still haven’t received my redemption. There chat support is no help! They just have the sam response no matter what you say. They’re a SCAM! I’ve reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and I suggest you do the same if you’ve had the same experience.

Been waiting forever for a push to card redemption when other sites push to card redeems are almost instant! I will never spend another dime on this site! All support says is that it’s in queue and generic responses. Even their other site sidepot only took two days to pay out thru ACH! Don’t recommend unless you want your wait a ridiculous amount of time for your redemption to be approved! Absolutely pathetic!!! I’d give zero stars if I could.

Scammers. They will inevitably ban your account randomly and steal your winnings. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I enjoy playing but hit great one weekend had $500 to redeem and kept winning even more was up to $2700 and my $500 is still wait to be payout out since 03/07/2026 I email them everyday almost same ppl and different email saying they are behind that $2700 went to zero b/c im stupid and they won’t redeem my $500 quicker then 33 days so far still waiting

They had some decent deals for a while and I played and started redemptions but after the first redemption they held the second one and you can only have on redemption at a time. They then randomly banned my account while my redemption was pending as well as some of the SC that I had backed up behind it waiting for it to clear. They've given me the complete runaround and support doesn't do anything meaningful beyond copy-paste responses. I'm filing chargebacks against them for offering fraudulent services and I recommend nobody consider playing on this platform.

I submitted my first redemption on 3/18 and am still waiting (4/8). I have inquired with support and keep getting the same copy/paste answers. Also, if you like to play a bonus on certain providers, move along because their games don’t have that option.

UPDATE: It is now 4/13 and I am still getting the same copy/paste responses from support.

my girl has been waiting to redeem her sc since march 19. after reading all the recent reviews here and im reddit im guessing she will never receive it... o well at least i dont have to be upset about losing 75 there yesterday
