Well made bed, exact description and fast delivery.

I reached out prior to buying my bed as I wanted a higher headboard, response was quick and supportive. The bed is solid and very easy to build. It's heavy, even in bits, so if u live alone, pay the extra to get it built. I would definitely buy again from this company.

Impressed with the bed, very well made, lovely chunky headboard and footboard. Previous bed was creaking at the slightest movement, this brought back silence.

I was so happy with my bed … it’s beautiful… strong and well made… now I would have give it 5* but sadly the communication on delivery not great

Ordered my bed about a month ago, it arrived exactly when it said it would and I had been called to confirm the best date for delivery. I live in a second floor flat and thankfully my boyfriend was in waiting for the delivery as the courier said it was a doorstep delivery and they couldn’t bring it up so I would have struggled by myself. We opened the delivery a couple of days ago to discover there were no instructions to build it. It did seem fairly self explanatory to build but there were a few different sized screws so I wanted to double check and emailed customer service. I received a very quick response and a WhatsApp message forwarding a video of the bed being constructed that was very easy to follow. I had a slight issue with an imperfection to the join of the headboard and again was responded to very quickly with a choice of getting a new headboard sent out or a discount applied. As it wasn’t a big issue I took the discount and it has been refunded back to me. I really rate how quickly I was responded to and the service I was given and can’t blame the courier not bringing the bed up to my flat as I am aware this is not always guaranteed. My bed is gorgeous and I am really pleased with the quality. Will definitely consider a future order with this company. Many thanks!

They kept us informed regarding delivery, when the bed arrived the driver was very polite and friendly. It was easy enough to put together, it's very sturdy and looks fantastic. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered a couple of beds through moorcraft and despite the waiting time- it was worth the wait! Loved the swatches sent and the beds are perfect. We have moved house twice and dismantling the beds were easy, it’s sturdy and overall very stylish.

Ordered the herringbone luxury panelled bed with the tallest headboard. Wow it is so beautiful. Gives my room such a lovely hotel vibe. We love it. Delivery was good, the drivers brought it upstairs. They were so respectful and kind. Only thing I didn’t really like was the base board at the foot end, didn’t like the feet of it, doesn’t match the bed feet. But overall I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a bed like this. Thank you!

skeptical of a decision of ordering from this website as the review were very mixed but I took the chance anyways and I’m glad.
It came in the time frame it said it come.
The bed was well wrapped in packaging ..
Don’t always have doubts of decision because of everyone else’s reviews cause they might be a Karen…

Brought an ottoman delighted with it! Well made looks very stylish. Delivered on time and did cash on delivery.

Absolutely love my bed it looks fabulous in my room.my daughter in law loved it too and purchased the same bed different colour definitely recommend.

Quick delivery and they changed my order with no hassle

Bed exactly like shown in photos, seems to be good quality so far and is a lush colour & material. Only hiccup I found was delivery, not being updated on when bed is dispatched and a long 4 hour delivery slot. Other than delivery I’m very happy with the bed I ordered.

I was called that my bed will be arriving. The bed came but no slats. We then unpackaged ourbed and noticed it wasnt the right one. We called Moorcroft who accepted the mistake and are still in process of receiving the new bed

The company was very accommodating when the headboard we ordered did not fit up our stairs so they sent us a new one. Our current problem with the bed after three months is that the bars that the mattress sit on have bent and my girlfriend sat on the bed after going to the toilet in the night 😂 a more or less went through it ‘fyi she’s not a fat whale’ again the company is being very accommodating and sending us a new bed base but we feel that the product should be a little bit better for the money that we have paid rather than them constantly having to send parts in all it is a lovely bed but we are just sick of sinking into the middle of the bed and having a bad night sleep

Bed is great and as described/pictured however delivery driver not very helpful. Just left at bottom of my stairs and was unable to close door. No attempt to help manoeuvre in to enable me to close door.
