Called this company about purchasing a scooter, had a return call from a loverly lady Hidi who answered all my questions and gave good advice on warranty and after service. Highly recommend talking to Hidi before looking for e bikes and scooters.

Bought a pure escooter from moose for my sons birthday, condition said fair but it really was in better condition than I thought. Everything works as it should and a slight issue with pin code was swiftly resolved by Heidi a matter of minutes after emailing. Would definitely recommend buying an escooter from moose 10/10

Great service

Bryony was excellent in providing answers to my (numerous) questions and communicated promptly and courteously. Bike delivered on time at a great price, and as described. Just needed bars attaching and stem torquing up a bit and was ready to go.

Impressive Customer Service

Ordered my first ever E-bike at the top of my small budget, had a couple of chips so was a bit disappointed on new bike day. Joel was amazing, explaining the policy and doing what he could to make sure my shiny new bike stayed that way, with timely assistance and guidance. The Moose Team clearly care about their customers, Joel spent the time to turn my initial concerns around completely and as a result I would highly recommend using them. I could never have afforded the same spec E-bike anywhere else !

Great customer service

Spoke to Joel as had a few questions on my new pure air 3 pro E scooter ,that was delivered today, ordered in fair condition ( so far id say its actually really good condition with only some slight scratches!!) I couldn’t believe how quick Joel replied to me with the answers to my questions. Great customer service :D very pleased thank you

Sent me a scooter with a fault code on…

Sent me a scooter with a fault code on told them straight away , they then said oh you don’t have 30 days warranty you have 19 , refused to give me my money back and then agreed to fix my scooter ,they made me pay to send back !!! What a joke of a company

I'm not sure where you heard any of this, as we sell everything with a 3-month warranty and a 14-day change-of-mind period. They are second to none in supporting their community. I was lucky enough to deal with Briony and she was fantastic. So helpful, generous with her time, no hard sell and great advice. I think she is a great ambassador for the company but also probably sells plenty of product because of her openness, honesty and patience. Give her a pay rise! But Moose is a great company, helpful, products arrive as described and quickly. Very good service at every level. Highly reccomended from me.

STAY AWAY from this shop

STAY AWAY from this shop! I bought a refurbished electric bike for £1000, supposedly with a warranty. After just six weeks of use, the electric power stopped working. The return process was a nightmare, and now, three months later, they refuse to fix the problem. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. I’m beyond frustrated and would never recommend buying a bike from them. The quality is terrible, and the support is even worse!

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify a few details of the situation.

After you informed us about the issue with your bike, we promptly sent out the part you requested, as this was the initial diagnosis from your local bike shop. When they later indicated that the issue was with the controller instead, we offered to have the bike brought to our workshop for repair, free of charge, as part of your warranty. We arranged a collection and waited for a response, but unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you for over a month. Even though the warranty expired during that time, we extended it a little longer as a goodwill gesture when you'd reached out to get the process started again.

After another two months with no response, you reached out again, however the warranty was up by over 2 months by this point. We are an independent business, and while we strive to accommodate our customers, we follow standard protocol regarding warranty coverage. We’re still happy to assist with the repair, but as it is now outside the warranty period, there would be a cost associated- as our team have informed you.

We take pride in the quality of our products and customer service, and we regret that this has caused frustration. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to help.

I bought a pure Air3 Pro+ 2023 Electric…

I bought a pure Air3 Pro+ 2023 Electric scooter and after 3 month it stopped working,we contacted the customer service as we expected them to fix within the guarantee period but the told us we have to pay to fix the damaged cable and we paid 60£ for that,then after one more month the same problem occurred again,they told us we have to pay again for the fixing and as we have already used moose fixing service we went to inspect the problem with different service,and they informed us that the cable turned out to be a faulty, we are very disappointed by this service and company,as we spent another £80 on it and this is a very big let down.Actually we tried to resolve the issue with them several times but unfortunately they didn’t help us
Moose was recommended to us by a friend who bought the same scooter as ours,then we knew after that he had the same problem with his scooter
*Your reply means we expect to have problems with your products after 3 months, so we won’t be covered by any guarantee or replacement
And the help you offer us is to replace the cable with a faulty one that lasted only one month after the repair(because it’s a good reduced price compared to the original price)
And my son sent an email to your customer service at that time to report that the problem occurred again,and we want to return the scooter that costed us almost £500,and she replied:we can’t help with that.
Sorry, but This is not an acceptable service

I just wanted to remind you that all of our scooters come with a 3-month warranty policy, which means that if you encounter any issues, we are happy to repair or replace your scooter at no extra charge. Unfortunately, it seems that you only notified us of the issues after the 3-month period had ended.

However, we were still able to offer you a very competitive rate for our repair service, which you accepted. Our skilled mechanics were able to fix the faulty cables and return your scooter to you in perfect working condition. And when you experienced further issues, we were more than happy to provide our repair service again at a heavily discounted rate. Just to give you an idea, our usual charge for repairing the model of scooter you ordered is £149.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ❌⛔️❗️‼️

I bought a scooter two weeks ago. I payed for a “good condition” scooter and they sent me a “fair condition” scooter. The good cond. prince its £379 and the fair it’s £349. I payed £379 and the added in the order/bill “fair” so, even I contacted them asking either for an exchange to a good condition one or a refund, they keep ignoring and saying I bought a fair condition scooter.
I really believe here are many fake reviews as customer service is rubbish, they don’t have phone number and they sent you to a chat where I waited more than 1 hour with not response. It’s supper hard to get to them.
The scooter has scratches all over the body, one of the foot rests doesn’t fold, the battery fully charged last 10minutes.
I written them from the same day it arrived and it’s more than a week now and they keep ignoring my messages.
Guys, honestly, avoid this company, wherever they answer its rubbish. I came to this same website before I bought from them and after all the positive comments I decided to buy but they are all fake.
I payed a lot of money for a “good” condition scooter and when I downloaded the app it showed me the scooter have more than 300km done. I asked them to refund the scooter but they ignore me. It’s scam.
If I keep it I’ll have to sell it for parts as it won’t work after 10minutes riding.
AVOID!!!

I tried to respond to them comment but it’s impossible so I’ll add it here.
I never had an email asking me to refund the scooter and pay the difference to get a “good” one. Basically because everyone can see that the “good” one cost £379 (the amount I payed) and the fair one it’s much cheaper. So clearly you just reply whatever you want as people can’t reply you back as the website doesn’t allow to. So everyone think the company try to fixt the problems nicely, but no, you lie and you don’t reply to your customers in days, you have a horrible customer service as there is not phone where to call and your online chat sent a reply every hour.

This is what we advertise for our "fair" grade scooters:

​Fair Condition - 501km+: Pre-loved with moderate use and expected age-related marks. These will include visible scratches on the frame and wear on the tyres. They are all fully checked and serviced with loads of life left in them!

Based on our assessment, it appears that the mileage on your scooter, which is over 300km, falls below our standard for a scooter in "fair" condition. However, we want to assure you that we are here to help. We did receive your email expressing your concerns and we even offered you the option to exchange your scooter for a higher grade model. We simply asked that you cover the price difference, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. We would be more than happy to discuss this further and find a solution that works for you. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and we value your feedback. Thanks very much for your feedback though sorry to hear you are upset that your issue hasn't been resolved instantly. As discussed, whilst we endeavour to reply to all our customers asap, we aren't miracle workers and sometimes it may take a little longer. In your case we have resolved your issue within 24 hours and provided a complimentary gift due to the issue with your charger.

This was actioned within 24 hours, the replacement charger has been sent on a next day 24 hour delivery, and we have supplied a free gift in the box. In our opinion this resolves the solution effectively and quickly but apologies if you believe this is not a good service. We are a small team and aren't Amazon.
