My mop was delivered damaged Customer service is appalling They promised to replace the damaged part JOKE

Does exactly what I was looking for!

My mop eventually arranged and a part of it was broken. I contacted customer Service who eventually said they would send a replacement part They didn’t. The sad part is that the mop is actually good ( my daughter had one) but their customer service is rubbish. Don’t buy from this company

A total waste of money, not fit for purpose. Everything about it was just wrong, handle fell off, Velcro fell off, bad craftsmanship and yet not as cheap as it looks. There is no way the video advert is this product, the flimsy bucket falls over when you try to put the pathetic mop into it. No idea where these rave reviews come from. AI again! Avoid Avoid Avoid

I like the mop and bucket, it’s slim, easily stored.
1 thing , I feel the connection from the mop to handle seems a bit weak and wobbly I’m hoping it withstands constant use. Only time will tell.

Ordered two boxes of wash sheets. They never arrived - given various excuses as too why not sent. I eventually asked for a refund (was just over £17) or for a delivery but no response. This is theft of the nastiest kind!

Dreadful company to deal with. Returned the mop Pro as the mop head was stuck and wouldn't twist so was useless. Returned on 1 September and thankfully had used the post office tracking system. I have chased my refund several times to be told they haven't received it. All replies are curt, unhelpful and unfriendly. I'm just waiting for yet another reply.

I would give this product 0 stars if possible, 3 rd time used this the Velcro came off, can’t ring the mop out in the drying side as the pad just comes off, the flap on top of the bucket came off first time used, bought extra pads which was a waste of money because I can’t use it anymore, sent email, waited 7 days no response, sent second email I recieved a response saying we aim to get back to you within 24 hours but can take upto 3 days, it’s now been 9 days and no response, don’t waste your money, first use you think it’s great after that it stops working as it should, I now have to rinse in the sink wring it out and try stick to bottom of mop to wash the floors! Terrible product, terrible company!

Item arrived within a couple of days. I have used it twice & it is a good buy I would happily recommend

Great mop and easy to store

Bought this mop to clean a lot of floors in our holiday home.
I was very impressed with the ease of using the mop ,
Dipping it and wringing it , whilst leaving the mop not too wet , ideal for hard floors.
The results spoke for themselves, undoing the plug and letting the dirty water out was very satisfying!

Velcro doesn’t stick rendering mop ineffective
Reached out to return - told could only return unused item due to hygiene purposes. How would I know how useless this item is unless I had tried it out?

Fast delivery, looks really good. Not used yet as going to another house but looking forward to trying it out. Nice neat and well made.

The mop is not fit for purpose, the velcro pads do not stick, as soon as you put it in the bucket, it comes off.
I asked to return it, Mop pro expected me to pay the postage.
Awful customer care.

I bought a mop and the third time I used it the velcro came off and so it doesn't work. I have been trying to get a replacement bit of velcro from them for months, but they want me to pay for a new mop. So beware as if something goes wrong they won't help you.

Very pleased with my new mop. Easy to use once I got used to it. Cleaned my kitchen floor in no time, so very impressed. I shall be using this regularly now. Stores well as it's so compact. Good buy and I would recommend.
