I was so thrilled to find a wool rug of this (slightly unusual it seems) size. I bought through ebay and although it was expensive, I considered the risk of buying from abroad worthwhile with ebay protection. Thank heavens I did. Alarm bells rang immediately when I was sent a message in German, off the ebay messaging system. It listed my address as being in Ireland (not England!) and stated if I did not correct it I would bear all the costs of redelivery. I messaged back straight away and had no response for a worrying few days. The parcel was sent, but tracking showed it to be stuck in the Netherlands with " missing data". After 6 days of no response from the seller, ebay prompted them to contact me. A new courier was engaged, however the parcel ended up showing it had been delivered when it most certainly had not. I don't live in Hamburg! No response from Morgenland or the courier. Thank god ebay were again able to step in an issue a full refund. An utter nightmare shopping experience - they are clearly not set up for exporting to the UK and customer service almost non existent. The products may well be fabulous, but I shall never know. Very stressful but at least I did not end up having to bear return costs.
