Experienced a number of errors and minimal effort. Fact find document had obvious errors, for example listing new mortgage company as my current one, and had clearly had not been properly updated from version two years ago. I spent my own time correcting everything and did not receive thanks or apology for the poor state of the forms.

No real help in finding a deal, since I highlighted the best deal myself using money supermarket. The requested loan amount was also incorrect because the team were not aware of how the previous mortgage provider calculated interest. This involved us having to rush through an extra payment in the last stages that we had not budgeted for. The fee was returned to us to mitigate this, but overall I felt that this remortgage would have been smoother if I had managed it myself. I will not be using this team again unfortunately.

Crysta was amazing since the start. She helped us with all the process of buying our first home!!
