I'm so happy with the services provided to me by Charters estate Agents in Southampton. Joseph and Helen are so positive and helpful with all my concerns. What initially seemed to me as an overwhelming process was made to look easy at the end.

Matt was really useful and kept in contact with us throughout the process. As first time buyers, he gave us the information we needed and explained everything to us. He went above and beyond.

​Rory has been extremely helpful, often working overtime to ensure all our paperwork was completed so we could secure our dream home. His communication was spot on, and no question was ever too small for him,he was incredibly patient with my unlimited queries and remained professional throughout.

​The mortgage process naturally makes you anxious, but having Rory as our advisor made a world of difference and lifted most of that stress away. I greatly appreciate everything he’s done. He was very understanding of the point that I work a 9-5 job and would make appointments to ensure that my queries are answered. The rest of the team was also wonderful; every time I called, everyone was polite and eager to lend a hand. I couldn’t recommend this service enough!

Our experience with these guys has been great from the first day we spoke to them. Knowing absolutely nothing about what we were doing with our mortgage or how anything work Matt Pickett and Mike Hall have been outstanding.
They were happy to answer all of stupid questions, explain to us directly and clearly the options and the way things worked, broke down how much we could borrow in a very simple way and were super responsive to any request we had. We were also offered some very good interest rates on our mortgage with them with costs broken down by them very simply too. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Megan and Kelly made the whole process very easy. I'm a first time buyer, and there has been a bit of volatility in interest rates as the offers were going through, but they both put in the extra effort and time to make sure it all went smoothly.

Unfortunately our house move hasn’t been straight forward, which has meant we needed a lot of support from Megan and Kelly. They have both been fantastic, I couldn’t recommend them more. After this experience we might never move home again but if we did, we’d be straight back here as this was the easiest element of our purchase.
