Such an amazing experience! The canvas turned out even better than I could imagine. My husband cried when he saw it, it was of our late dog. Ray was so quick and responsive, made the whole process so easy.

Fantastic service! Ray and the team were very patient and open to suggestions, the changes I wanted made have been done without questions and in a very professional way. Once the final retouches were approved it only took a few days for production and delivery. I got a call from my brother and his wife both in tears as they had never seen anything like it!

Very pleased with the speed of delivery. The resolution of the photos on canvas was disappointing however and white edges detract from the overall look. Not possible to see this based on the pdf sample and feel staff should have provided some advice before accepting the order.

The photo mosaic I ordered is brilliant! It's exactly what I had in mind. The photos are really cleverly arranged, and the canvas print itself is very high quality. Ray was also really helpful at answering any questions I had along the way.

Very happy with the service, communication and final result. I initially had a few reservations based on (1) the time it might take to receive the order (2) the cost compared to other online options. I have to say the turnaround was impressive - I received the first draft of the mosaic within one working day. I emailed some feedback (requested a minor change) and the second draft was completed the following day. Once I confirmed I was happy, the mosaic was dispatched immediately and I received it the next day. The quality of this product and the service I received justified the cost.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are lovely to deal with and our mosaic is stunning. Ray gave us excellent advice on the choice of images - nothing was too much trouble and every care was taken to ensure the final result was exactly what we wanted. The turnaround was impressively fast too. Really great customer service throughout - thank you!

We had a great experience with Mosaic Photo. Our organisation and the order we wanted to place was a bit more specific than usual, but Ray got back to us with lots of different options, and even a much cheaper price than I would have expected.
