I would absolutely recommend Moss Plumbing and Heating Engineers. They installed our boiler. From the initial quotation through to the day of installation they were extremely helpful, professional and kept me informed of everything.

Steven from moss plumbing and heating were excellent!
Gave me a variety of options and costs to suit my needs and budget he even went out his way to get me in and my boiler replaced within 3 days of point of contact.
His workmanship and knowledge was fantastic.
Would highly recommend him and his company to anyone 👍 thanks again guys Dougie

Great local plumbing company very trustworthy I had to leave a key and let them get in with the boiler installation, no problems whatsoever. Excellent workmanship and tidied up at the back of them even cleaned the floor I would highly recommend them

Steven’s business is great - whenever I’ve asked Moss Plumbing and Heating to take on a job they have always been helpful and responsive. This job was a big one - I’d had a flood from my 18 year old shower unit into my utility room. Steven came out and advised on solutions, gave me a good recommendation, and we quickly agreed on replacing the old tiled unit with wet wall and a new shower. Steven’s team, Stevie and Mark arrived early on the day of the install, taking account of my working arrangements, Zoom calls and school runs, and set about stripping out the old unit. They kept me informed at every step of the job, as they repaired the frame, fit new moisture resistant plasterboard, and then installed the wetwall, a new shower tray, door and shower unit. The team were very tidy in the way they did the work and they disposed of all the rubbish effectively. I am absolutely delighted with the transformation and have no hesitation in recommending Steven and his team to take on bathroom improvements.

Huge thank you to Steven and the team for another quality job. New combi boiler and full bathroom refit all completed to a very high standard and delighted with the results. Both jobs completed in exactly the timescales quoted with Steven managing the whole process and providing all trades. All precautions taken to protect carpets etc and the team cleaned up every night and kept disruption to a minimum. I would highly recommend Moss Plumbing.

The replacement boiler installation was carried out on time as promised and to the high standard that Moss Plumbing and Heating achieves as a norm. The advice given was helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using the company in the future

I received a competitive quote from Steven to have a system boiler removed and replaced with a combi boiler, new pipework had to be added for the gas supply for the combi boiler which was installed upstairs in the airing cupboard.
The new larger bore pipework had to be run from the kitchen up to the boiler which involved a tricky layout, but steven and his team managed this with minimal problem.
All pipework leading to and from the boiler is neat and tidy,no mess was left whatsoever, steven and his team were polite and efficient.
Before fitting the boiler steven done gas checks and found x3 gas leaks,2xsmall ones indoors and 1 large one outside at smart meter which was fitted In August 2022,he repaired all leaks for me and gave me an engineers report for the smart meter leak to forward on to my energy supplier.
All rubbish, old boiler etc was removed efficiently.
Would I recommend steven to friends and family, definately yes.
Keep up the good work👍

Steven and his team have just completed a full renovation of my bathroom as well as installing a brand new en-suite into what was a walk-in cupboard with a window. They have done a superb job of both. This professional team of tradespeople turned up when they said, they were extremely neat and tidy and they looked after my home like it was their own. Their workmanship and attention to fine detail was second to none. My bathrooms were left in showroom condition. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks once again and Merry Christmas to Steven, Stevie, Mark, Grant, Ewan and Callum.

Good communication when previous appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Steven kept me updated. Steven and his team are very reliable, helpful and friendly. He came today as we agreed and voilà, I am a happy customer getting my dishwasher connected. Highly recommended ☺️

Thanks to Steven for his help with our project. We emailed Steven to ask for a quotation for a new heating system.

Steven replied promptly and advised us using his experience. From start to finish, Steven completed the project within a couple of weeks to our satisfaction and a price that was within our budget. There were no unexpected surprises during the work.

Steven and his colleague were courteous and friendly throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for this kind of work.

Moss Plumbing converted my electric shower to one working off the boiler. By all accounts a bit tricky. Shower removed new shower installed and cabinet wetwalled. All rubbish removed electrics made safe. The plumber was polite and prompt. Work completed in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. Would recommend to anyone who requires plumbing work done .

Great work by Steven and team. New Bathroom looks brilliant. Very helpful from start to finish. What a difference from what it was before to the finished product now. Will use again when more work needs done. Thanks again.
