A Trustworthy Company
I came across mostlypillows via the good old interweb. I was looking for a suitable/useful/different/ present for a three year old girl. Mostly pillows had a durable-looking collapsable bag/box in two sizes that could be personalised with the recipients name and a picture of a little girls (or boys) face with a range of hair/eye/skin colour and different hair styles. You create a picture that resembles the little person in question and press the button.
She loved it!
Now, and this is important. The first one didn't arrive (although it had been marked as 'delivered'). I contacted customer services and was immediately told a replacement would be sent straight away. And it was. Everybody was happy.
I then ordered a second one for her younger sister which was delivered promptly.
Great customer service.
I live in the UK and these items were dispatched Down Under.
Why 4 stars and not 5?
Well, I've only ordered the aforementioned items and I cannot vouch for all the other things they sell.
Having said that, I have complete faith in them and will probably be using them again.
