MOTH cans are a great beverage choice for me when enjoying lovely cocktails at home, at parties or even picnics! The espresso martini and margarita are my favourites, easily accessible from my local supermarket and affordable prices!! They’re my new go-to :)

Priya from customer service was so great! They were really proactive in dealing with my Glastonbury order (thanks to a problem with Evri) and sent a replacement that arrived in time. They also offered me a discount code that I will use for my next purchase! Overall great experience.

I ordered from MOTH as they were specifically advertising their drinks as Father’s Day gifts. By the Friday before Father’s Day, I still hadn’t received a dispatch notice, so I contacted their customer service. I was told they were having “warehouse issues” and asked to cancel the order since it clearly wouldn’t arrive in time.

I was then informed that cancellations weren’t possible once the order was placed – which seems completely unreasonable (and likely untrue). The drinks eventually arrived three days after Father’s Day… by which time my dad had left for holiday. So now they’ll sit on his doorstep or be enjoyed by a neighbour. I wasn’t even offered a refund on the delivery fee?

The solution they gave me - “when the item turns up late, just return it” so I’m supposed to get my dad’s neighbour to return it? Or should I wait until he is back from holiday now and say here’s your late gift but you also can’t have it either- laughable

Overall, really disappointing. If you’re looking for a reliable gift or decent customer service, I’d suggest choosing another cocktail brand – there are plenty out there. Or at the very least, avoid ordering direct from MOTH’s website.

For a company thats suppose to be b corp... their entire website interface is awfully crap! None and I mean none of the promo codes work.. their referral links don't work.. nothing actually works!

My review is based on customer service, or lack of. I ordered some cocktails direct from Moth for a friend recovering from cancer treatment and typed in her delivery address. Unfortunately, when I eventually paid after having an issue logging on to PayPal, I realised the delivery address had reverted to my own, which is 10 miles away. I immediately contacted Moth to get this rectified but the response was 'the delivery address is locked in' - i.e. 'computer says no'. Really, in 2025? Yes, my mistake, but just unhelpful so I will never buy from them again. I had paid for a gift box too but there is no option to type in a gift message when ordering. I'm sure they will come back with an excuse but as it stands, the parcel has just been delivered to me and I will have to get in my car. And, no Moth, my only other option was to get the parcel delivered to a neighbour or left somewhere safe, so useless suggestion.

Absolutely love MOTH cocktails for all occasions! We have had them for parties, picnics, the train, and for a nice drink at home.
They are great quality and strong too - such a game changer in canned cocktails!
The whole range is delicious, but my favourite is a Paloma.

I've ordered these cocktails for Glastonbury and had to have a taste test... OMG they're amazing!

Pack a punch and taste great. Love the can size for a festival too.

I joined the loyalty programme and got a discount so would recommend doing this!

Great range of ready-to-drink cocktails with a well-crafted and bar-quality taste. I've really enjoyed the cocktails I've tried so far and I'm looking forward to trying the others. Their customer service team was also responsive and helpful on a minor delivery issue, which they quickly resolved. While the cocktails are on the pricier side, the quality makes them worth trying if you're looking for convenience without compromising on taste.

Ordered 12 Margaritas and 12 French 75s for a hen do to enjoy during silent disco - they were the absolute hit of the evening, I wish I'd ordered more!

Don’t bother referring friends. I have sent my link to several friends who have used it and not once got the referral code. I did waste my time contacting them originally to get these but was not given one and learned the company clearly has no tracking for the amount of times the code has been used nor does the system work to send those codes out. I’ve had 4 people use my code giving them business and don’t get anything back!

Super unhelpful, robotic customer service only contactable via email. Avoid - they don't help and then make returns your cost! shocking - never again, avoid

I’ve ordered from MOTH a few times now and have always been more than happy with their cocktails and service. I have a few favourites but always keep a few more different ones in the fridge for friends and family.

I love the taste, quality and price. The alcohol strength is as you would expect from a cocktail 🍸 bar. I feel MOTH offer an excellent choice of tinned cocktails to keep at home for when you don’t have the time or ingredients to whip up a quick cocktail for when friends pop round or the sun decides to shine.
