Did not receive order as went back to sender for some reason. Did not get a reply for 3 days

Top quality and keeps drinks warm 3hrs plus handy when ure at a match .bought another as husband keeps taking mine .

Very happy with the service. Item was purchased a gift. I contacted the company to inform them of this and to ask them to omit payment details. I received a prompt response indicating this was passed on to relevant dept.

Quick delivery, lovely looking cup, holds heat for hours. Worked great 1st time but leaked after I washed it.

Loved the product

Super coffee mug keeps my coffee hot for hours. As a mother of 3 small kids I found I was never getting to finish my tea as I would get distracted or have to respond to one of the kids. When I'd return it would inevotably be gone cold. With this mug it is still hot when I get back to it and keeps the temperature for hours. Have gone on to buy ones for friends.

Delivery took about 11/12 days which was a bit long even for this time of the year. But very happy with products

Very disappointed. Ordered the item on the 4th December and was told it would be with me within a few days. It is now December 18th and has still not arrived.

Ordered two bottles for Christmas stocking fillers ( both boys) order was wrong and delivered a pink elephant bottle… emailed via website to request advice on arranging correct order and no response.

Have one myself already brought as present

Not received the item although it is nearly 2 weeks since ordered may have to ask for money back if its not arrived soon

By far the best coffee mug I've ever bought. The patterns are fun and unique and I can throw it in my backpack without worrying about it leaking. This is my second one and even though on the pricey side its worth it. You get every pennys worth from the product.

Excellent service, quick delivery

Beautifully designed and very high quality. The (eco friendly) packaging makes them a perfect gift - though this one was for ourselves. The size and style is perfect for secondary school cred, so 5 star rating.

Fabulous product - i have gotten lots of compliments on my cup!
High qualitt and very fast delivery

High quality products, very quick delivery and beautiful eco packaging. Would def buy again
