This is a fictitious reviewer who has posted multiple negative reviews on this site, Google and Shopper Approved. Trust Pilot attempted to contact him but received no reply.
Fitment was terrible
Bought a carbon fiber rear hugger for a Ducati 848 Evo. The quality of the part was good, however, I had to drill two two new holes for the figment. It also rubs up against the rear suspension. If I was worried it’d damage the swing arm, I’d take it off immediately. I don’t recommend this product. It also did not come with mounting hardware. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning in the product description.

6 months after purchase of a carbon fiber air intake duct the 4 connecting points where the duct mounts onto the head stock completely shattered. Even when installing the fitment was very poor. I called Motocomposites to see what could be done. Yes, they offer a 90-day warranty but this is not acceptable. They stated the couldn't do anything. Poor product, lack of quality, and poor customer service: "We provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, warranty our products for fitment and finish, and strive to give the highest level of customer service." Yeah....not really. Don't waste your time or money.

Horrible!!!!
Horrible! Parts didn't fit so they sent replacements and those didn't fit either. Then they try to say that they won't refund me for them and they'll only replace them...but clearly their molds aren't correct. Having to go through credit card company now. Also they take days to weeks to respond to customer service issues!
EDIT: The below response from them is a lie. I did send pictures. Also, I had to respond to emails I sent due to them not responding at all to some. Prompt? Yea right! DO NOT BUY!!!
EDIT #2: I can do this all day. They refused to refund. Claimed they will only replace via email. I warned them I would leave terrible reviews everywhere I could. Moto if you don’t want reviews like this, then give me back my money for the crap you sent.

Max Miller of Tampa, FL received replacements for three of four parts after requesting such, parts that we have sold many units of without ever encountering problems before.
He is demanding a full refund as he claims that the replacements don't fit but he is unwilling to send us photos of the problem(s).
Only once were we unable to provide Mr. Miller with a prompt resolution when the factory was closed for a week-long holiday.
EDIT: To Mr. Miller's reply: He sent photos of the first set, never of the replacements that supposedly didn't fit. If there is a problem with a mold, we refund and do not make the customer wait. However Mr. Miller has refused to provide proof of any kind, ceased all communications with us and has instead chosen to post a false review.
Great service and carbon fiber; poor fitment
The customer service is excellent and the quality of the carbon fiber is unparalleled. The matte finish is absolutely gorgeous.
However, the fitment is quite poor. I purchased a keyguard for a Ducati 848 and had to grind away at mounting points on the backside of the piece to get it to kinna fit.

We are sorry that you encountered problems in fitting this small part. Occasionally a part may have too much epoxy on the underside where mounting tabs are glued. In future, please advise us of any problem and we will be glad to replace the offending part.

The order is unclear ... too bad
Why the original shipping order is priced at 0 USD. Now it is charged for shipping $ 116.54 when I have paid the order through mastercard. Delivery fee is not shown in the original order.
I found the store not clear from the beginning before the customer paid.
I want to cancel the order, can I get a refund? I am not enough money to pay all

Sir,
Your order was cancelled and refunded immediately upon your request and an automatic notification was sent to you confirming this. Further e-mails should not be required. Credit card refunds take several days to process through the financial institutions and are not immediate.
Throughout the checkout process, you were prompted no less than three times to contact us for a shipping quote. You acknowledged during the check-out process that you were aware of this, otherwise the transaction could not have been completed.

Sorry to hear that you had a fitment issue with your part. We have sold hundreds of this unit over the years and this is the first time that we have had an issue. Would you kindly send us photos of the problem?
Decent product, Very slow, inefficient service.
The price and quality of product is good, however the factory seems to be quite small and unable to keep up with orders. I have ordered a few parts to have them not available for months in the future. They should be providing weekly updates on orders but I never hear from them unless I inquire on the the status of my part, which is always paid upfront. When the product finally arrived, it was for the wrong year of bike and did not fit. I had to return the part on my own expense but was never given a refund.

Hello Paul,
Your last order for two parts placed in May, was sent out the following day. The order before that was placed before the factory closed for a three week holiday, which effectively delayed the production of your custom order part into the busiest time of the season. You were however advised that a substatial delay would be encountered and were offered to cancel your order should you wish not to wait.
Motocomposites has terrible customer care
Had fitment issues and have been trying for almost two months to get issue resolved but they will not reply (email, Facebook, phone).
Stay away!!!!!

Darren Trost of Toronto was refunded on June 11th following receipt of photos of proof of destruction on one of the two parts ordered. This was done despite our inability to determine what the problem was with his part as other customers did not have this issue with this recently developed part.
We reply to all of our e-mails and phone calls in a timely fashion.

good quality parts, easy straightforward installs, great customer service and decent shipping times. 10/10 extremely happy.
