Trusted website, family have ordered before and items came, however I made a £475 order, I haven’t received it yet but was given a tracking number but when I put this number into Royal Mail track&trace it says I can only track it when they have attempted to deliver it, which is abit pointless,I assume it’s 1st or 2nd class delivery, but for a big order like that it should be special delivery so you can actually track it even if I had to pay the extra I would’ve rather had that.

5 stars i was in need of a pistol kit very soon and i asked if they could help me out as i was relying on this piston to get my bike ready for work and they helped me out big time.

Two seperate orders placed for delivery to two different addresses. For some reason both orders sent to the same address. Not ideal as now need to collect.

I had order a prox complete clutch kit from the website. And it says on the product description that “ProX complete clutch plate kits contain a complete pack of friction, steel plates and A SET OF CLUTCH SPRINGS for the application you need” but the clutch springs are nowhere to be found. It did arrive just on time but i am travelling to philippines on sunday to join a race next weekend but I cant install the clutch now because its useless without the clutch springs anyway. I cant even return it now because ill be away for the 14 day period. I am so disappointed by the service and i just literally gave them a 5 star for the previous service, I wish I hadnt.

I think this is the best service I have ever had, ordered and delivered with in two days. Spot on to you people at Motocross Parts.

The phone was answer'd promptly,the salesman was polite,the bearings i ordered were delivered quickly and the cost of both the parts and delivery were not to high.
What more can you ask.

One of the parts are a different manufacturer than I originally ordered which might have been cheaper to buy elsewhere apart from that the parts are all bang on. And delivered in good timing.
