Moto Luis Rentacar Avaliações 

I booked a car for a 10 day stay and a 3 day stay, both summer 2026.
I don't usually have issues with car hire - the truth is that you only really find out about a company when there's an issue, and I had one when I hired from Wiber (found on the DoYouSpain website) last year. I really didn't like the service - especially as the car they gave me didn't start on several occasions and I needed help.
When you get a car from the comparison sites they are often cheaper but the contracts and service are not as good and quite often very unflexible.
So I decided to go with MotoLuis, who were seemingly the only car hire firm in Ibiza that didn't clog up the reviews with horror stories.
The car pickup and drop-off was easy and the fees for taking the car back without filling up the tank were on the website and were very reasonable. All the fees seemed reasonable to me and although the hire charges were a little more than on DoYouSpain I was interested in service rather than cost alone. I preferred to pay just a little more and get help when I need it rather than be stranded roadside using a hire company that doesn't answer their emergency phone number or respond to emails (as was the case with Wiber).
After my first hire with MotoLuis I got in touch with Cora to check my bill. She responded straight away and it turned out I had misread the email with the fill up details - they had done everything exactly right, charged me correctly and were polite and helpful.
I absolutely recommend this company and intend to use them again the next time I visit the island.

Wir haben im Mai 2026 einen Mietwagen bei Motoluis gebucht und waren insgesamt sehr begeistert. Die Onlinebuchung war unkompliziert und der Preis sehr fair. Die Abholung und die Rückgabe am Flughafen hat mega unkompliziert funktioniert. Super schnell, keine extra Kosten, alles wie zuvor gebucht. Einfach ein klasse Service und rundum zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder bei Motoluis buchen für unseren nächsten Urlaub.

Gewoon een top service! Duidelijk en makkelijk. Op de site en bij de reserveringsbevestiging zowel uitgeschreven als via een korte video uitleg over waar de auto op te halen was op het vliegveld. Niet hoeven zoeken. Fijn als je laat op de avond aankomt! Fijne (nieuwe) auto gekregen en duidelijke uitleg over de rest van de voorwaarden. Kan deze iedereen aanbevelen!

He trabajado aquí 2 temporadas y puedo deciros que es una empresa genial. Trato super cercano con los clientes, muchos ya nos conocen porque la tasa en que los clientes repiten es altísima. Web algo engorrosa pero contactando por whatsapp con ellos te guían en todo el proceso de reserva y con lo que necesites.

Great local family car rental company in Ibiza. Been renting with them for years. Cars always in good condition (but being Ibiza nothing is perfect) and great service. They have a desk in the car park and you meet them there for pickup and drop off. Not as cheap as some of the other local rental companies, but they normally require a bus to the office and have so many bad reviews on sites like this that I just don't need the hassle. These guys are brilliant, never seen them advertised so can only assume they are all on word of mouth.
