Eugene was very helpful today with his assist on some codes I needed for the footer. He quickly provided me the right codes to make it work. I really appreciate the great customer support of Motopress. It has every time been a positive experience.

I'm very happy with the plugin, it quickly pays for itself by saving on airbnb or booking commissions. Like any tool, it takes a while to get the hang of it, but everything is well explained on the forum or on YouTube. Minor problems were solved in less than 24 hours, thanks to our highly responsive support team. Thank you Eugene for your responsiveness.

It could be better and faster updates but it is reliable.

Hotel Booking System is a wonderful tool, but in our opinion it could still be further developed for the European market with faster updates. Other than all this it works well. The support department is fast, correct and knowledgeable.

I had some issues in using the plug in, because I am not a developer, and the customer service was so helpful, super quick in replying during the chat, and solved all the problems within seconds, simply amazing! Highly recommend it!

When selling, they promised that everything would work, in reality it doesn't work like it should, and the support keeps talking about refunds. it's useless money. better buy 10-20 other plugins for that price that will work and have good support.

The plugin lacks many things that it does not have and cannot be set, the plugin is overpriced, there are cheaper and better ones.

Eugene was absolutely great (as always) today with the items I needed help with - he quickly identified the problems and walked me through how to fix them. I really have to say MotoPress and their support team are the BEST in the biz - out of any platform of any type I have ever worked with. If you haven't started using MotoPress already, don't hesitate. You absolutely won't be disappointed with their wonderful product and support!

Very good product, very good support, very good usability

We are very happy with the Luviana application from Motopress. All neccessary functionalities are included to manage bookings for a villa or hotel. Specifically the sync function in regards to Booking.com and Airbnb works perfect. And what is maybe most important is the great support from MotoPress.

Booklium theme made the project I was working on for a client very easy. Very good hotel/villa rental theme.

Support is very good. Expert guidance with concise answers.

The only thing that could be improved on would be support response times. Most waited over 24 hours for replies. Other than that a solid 5 stars!

The best support!

It's a waste of money it does not work, it makes a mess importing from booking-com and airbnb, it requires lots of CSS script in salient to look ok. very bad experience. I had to buy another plug in from YITH. They never refunded the money.

The Motopress hotel booking plugin I have works really well, and despite me requesting help several times, it always ended up being something I was doing wrong. The assistants were very helpful and polite helping me fix the problem, even when I called about the same problem more than once.

MotoPress team has not only created an amazing tool for me and my clients to reach our goals, but they also provide us with amazing support along our journey. Highly recommended partner for your business.

excellent service and support from Eugene at Motopress! I was offered clear instructions on how to handle an issue i was having and they even provided hands-on assistance to ensure a smooth fix!

Andre addressed the problem I pointed out, showed me the steps he took and with his help, I was able to discover that it wasn't a motopress problem. It was a mistake I made.
