I have bought van Maxus 2023 model its less then 3 years old van, it worst experience of my life, they did not apply V5c on my name, Van is losing coolant and few other problems. they are not responding my emails neither on what's app. do not go there to buy or if you want to buy very very careful.

Honestly never has so much chew or loss of money because of this company , first sold me one with finance still on it then sent me another with engine problem took it back ,silly of me got another of them ,2 weeks in and broke down with same probkem as last one , asked to drive it 2 hours to them woth topend knock like previous one ! Had this pick up 1 week with a new mot amd brakes were down to metal !!! How it passed an MOT is beyond me !! Very frustrated this has been a nightmare from day 1 , i just want my work vehicle fixed and ime not driving 2 hours with engine problems !!! I wait for this to be resolved or they can have it back !! GET AN RAC OR AA check on anything you buy of these !!!!

Everything was done via phone call and WhatsApp which was so convenient. Car was delivered to my door and I absolutely love it.

Where do i start
Brought car on Saturday 25th March
Returned car Tuesday 28th March with 7 faults. I emailed over the 7 faults and said I was going to return car for a full refund. Cut a very long story short and lots of stress, I final got some of the money back on Sunday 19th May. The only way I could get most of my money back was to offer a compromise,which meant I lost over a thousand pounds.
Please be very careful.

Abdullah has been really helpful. Gave me confidence in the car and pre sales process of servicing and fulfilling my requests was great. Would definitely recommend.

After posting an honest review about my experience with Motor2Go, I received an email from the company demanding I remove it, calling my review ‘untruthful’ and ‘lies’, and stating they would refuse to communicate with me further until I complied. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they chose to dismiss and pressure me. Threatening customers into silence instead of resolving legitimate complaints speaks volumes about how this company operates. I would strongly caution anyone considering using Motor2Go.
How the company is operating this is an another proof to treat as a cheaters and frausters please be aware of Motor2go company don’t ever think to buy a vechicle from them it’s too too dangerous
