Bassel attempted to increase the purchase price by 10%+ upon delivery of the bike, after agreeing and shaking hands on a lesser price. Time wasted, trust broken. I walked away - not to be trusted.

They are scammers and liars. I was told the motorcycle I bought last July was a Cat N because it was reported stolen and found. They charged me £2250 for a bike. I took them at their word that this was a fair price for the bike. 10 months later I took it back to them. The only damage I had done to the bike was bent handlebars and a replaced front brake lever, as I dropped it from stationary.

They offered me only £750. I did some checks online and realised why. They had lied about it being Cat N for being stolen and found, in fact it had been crashed in the past which they did not tell me about, and was written off by insurance for that. The bike when I bought it (I knew nothing about bikes and took them at their word) was not worth nearly £2250 because of this, as evident in their £750 buyback offer.

Some bad reviews out there, but in my opinion was a good company to deal with, the seller sent a much more in-depth video of the bike because he didn't want me to reject it upon delivery 5 and a half hours away, also sent me a test ride video of the bike . Bike was as described. All in all one happy customer 😁

One way to lose money
The whole company is a joke. The receptionist does not know what to do. What company does not take payment now and ask you call back tomorrow when the manager is in. (that tells me the staff cannot be trusted to do basic things) and before they say the payment machine was down No it wasn’t they could take deposit what the manager could over the phone not the receptionist Between the receptionist and the manager I was told repeated lies to if I can go further with this complaint I will I have gone to auto trader and I will be going to trading standards as well stay away I would not use this company
