I went to motor gurus for a new car, I have used them before and was really happy with the service I got. Dan helped me pick the perfect car and made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. He couldn’t do enough to help me and was always on the end of the phone if I needed him. Thanks again I’m sure il be a returning customer

Honest review of my car buying experience with this company (funny edit)

The guy i dealt with, his name was pete
Walked a bit funny, two left feet
Had the banter to sell me a car
Bought a toyota, a chr

£23000 i paid for the car
The service i recieved,the best by far
Had a hickup after a couple of days
Gearbox mount, decided to part ways

Rang pete to tell him the news,
Put it in an email we'll send it off for sevice aproved
No call no email not even a text
Left me the customer distressed and upset

5 days later pete made it right
Cars now fixed, i'm full of delight
The moral of the review, is never dismay
Evenutually motorgurus will save the
Day

Would i buy a car again? that remains to be seen, although the price was right and car polished and gleamed
And pete himself, he was a top man
Although walked a bit funny, legs like ham

All jokes aside my exsperience was great
Just a pity i had problems and contact 5 days late
Admin error was the excuse, genuine or not, still left me confused

To sum up motorgurus stand by the quality of their cars and when things go tits up they refund gold bars (not really)
But they did offer me compensation by covering my taxi fares to and from work for the past 6 days
So again motorgurus kinda saved the day. Well, for my wallet, anyway.

I came 2 hours away to buy my car, I had a really great experience with Joel! He was super helpful, and a genuinely nice guy. All over it was a 10/10 experience!

Cant recommend motor guru’s enough, Owen was a great help throughout the process and made sure i was happy with my new car! Highly recommend, showroom looks amazing too!

STAY AWAY, this company sold me a car for over 6 grand, all the money we had been saving for years, just over a week after purchasing I took it to three different garages as it was struggling to go into first gear, I was told the cluch was going, the gearbox was on its way out, the break pads was worn down and it was full of rust, I tried to take it back but was ignored and when I phoned was told they would be in contact and he never did, absolute shocking company, do not trust a word that they say, do not trust these people. To respond to the reply, I have a call log from every time I called and was fobbed off by your sales team, I also have all the emails I sent which was ignored, the reason I’ve waited as you put it to leave this review was because you kept ignoring me and to warn others also all of a sudden after putting this review on your ringing me asking me to take it down and as for the warranty you miss sold me it isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as nothing that’s wrong with the car is covered. Funny that isn’t it.

Buying a new car through Motor Gurus was very easy and straight forward, I dealt with Joel and nothing was too much trouble he answered all the questions I had and explained everything perfectly. I would highly recommend buying a car through Motor Gurus the service I received was excellent.

Very helpful with all your needs when buying new car. And Simon was a great help.

Purchased an Import car. The car has been in an accident and has been imported from Japan and therefore carries no Category. Seller claimed it was imported from Greece. The story the garage sold did not work out. The car is mechanically sound and the garage did advertise it as an Import. If buying from here I would question and fact check information provided. TRUST and HONESTY are questionable here.

Hi guys the name is Shellam with a M recently bought a Citreon c4 Picasso in electric blue from motor guru… Simon was the man he had a great telephone manner very calm and patient with me I ordered the car on Monday it was delivered to my door Thursday in perfect condition as Simon said it would be….I’ve had nothing but professionalism and care from Simon from start to finish I hope he’s paid very handsomely 🫶🏻 I will be calling Simon everytime I need a car and using motor gurus again. I might even phone Simon just to check in with him from time to time ❤️
