Very professional
Owen was incredibly friendly, he had answers to all my questions and was accommodating with any requests I had. The dealership was well maintained and tidy with a great atmosphere.The overall purchasing process was very smooth and easy to follow. I would most certainly recommend purchasing from Motorgurus.

Big shout out my guy Owen, my Guy Dizzie, My Guy Joel! Sorted me out nicely with the new whip. Showroom looks like Geneva motor show! Came to buy an insignia and the place had supercars like Forza Horizon! Outstanding customer service too! The whole way the entire team had my back, would definitely recommend to anybody! Big thank you to the team! I'll be back for one of them supercars soon!

Not a great experience for myself
Not a great experience for myself. Was looking for a car after I’d had issues. Was sold a car that had previous long term problems which should have been picked up on the MOT and service yet it had no advisors. Some staff were quite rude on the phone when asking questions about the car and what will happen next. I was very sad and disappointed as I explained my personal circumstances and they were dismissed a lot. Being without car as it was in the garage for weeks with no updates from them, we had to contact them to find anything out.
One positive, is Owen. Owen is lovely and even though I no longer deal with this company, he did his job well and was always polite to me and helpful where he could be. So for that, thank you Owen for always being professional! Though I had not a good experience with the company and the car, I have only good things to say about Owen.

Worst car buying experience ever
Worst car buying experience ever. Due to distance I bought sight unseen and paid for delivery. Car had body damage, all service history and book pack missing. After loads of lies and excuses they sent me the service book only. So still waiting to hear about the missing book pack, body damage and missing tools from the boot. Buyer beware is all I can say, other than I wish I’d read the bad reviews first.

Audi TT purchase
Recently bought an Audi TT, I live quite far away so didn’t get the chance to view the vehicle before purchase, however, Russ was extremely helpful from the outset when we spoke on the phone, no pressure selling and extremely transparent about the vehicle, condition, and what work they would be carrying out. I went ahead and purchased the car, it was only that after a small snag was identified by Russ before delivery, however he called me before delivery to ensure I was still happy to accept, and has sent the replacement part to me at their expense. Transparent, honest, no pressure selling, I would 100% feel confident to purchase from again and highly recommend. Thanks for the smooth buying journey Russ!
