Buying our first campervan through Motorhome Marketplace made it so easy and reassuring. Chris Byers in Scotland was brilliant - so communicative and helpful and walking us through the whole process. Chris is a genuine guy motivated to help people buy a good campervan for what they want. He gave us lots of advice and tips but never put us under any pressure to buy it. Extras like the extended warranty were shown to us but he never pushed us to buy things. He always encouraged us to read the information and make our own decisions. The payment process was smooth - although we were a little nervous about it, transferring the money to a bank account before seeing the van. However, it worked very well and made buying on the day seamless. We got confirmation of the transfers very quickly so there was a record of the payments. The van was exactly as described and all the paperwork was done by Chris to help us through. He even picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the buyer. A great experience made even better working with Chris.

Can’t fault the service from Dean at Motorhome Market Place. We were able to view a van at really short notice and then purchase all within 5 days….Dean fitted us in between existing appts so as to accommodate when we could travel to view and then collect the van. Highly recommend buying through them

Chris, was knowledgeable and got a high level of interest in our 'van and it sold quickly. From having no interest when we advertised it ourselves on AutoTrader, Chris got a lot of interest, and secured a sale.

We had a very positive experience when purchasing a motorhome through Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time showing us through all the functionality and technical details of the vehicle, as first time motorhome owners we really appreciated this and went away feeling that we understood how to operate all of the systems.
