Good staff but watch about only one key
Details were very clear about the vehicle, staff very helpful. The one thing I didn't realise is when only one key is given (I was told there was only one key) just how expensive an additional key is for a Renault Captur MK2 2024 ie around £550 -£600.

Very helpful
Very helpful, not too pushy. When picking the car up and given the keys to inspect the car, we feel the sales person should have come with us to answer any questions that we might have had then.. but it was a smooth experience over all.

Really great value, almost new cars with £1000s savings. Matty in Burnley and Lacy in Castleford Really helpful. Only two small issues with which Matty has put in to action and should have them sorted very soon. 1: should have had two keys supplied with the vehicle (just had one on collection) and 2: the original rear number plate had been changed (the model of car I purchased has a distinctive style) so, hopefully both items have been ordered and on route 👍

Pick up of car was quick and efficient
Pick up of car was quick and efficient. Unfortunately there was a problem with rear parcel shelf resulting in 3 return trips before it was solved. Otherwise the experience was very good. Staff were always very helpful.
