The gentleman who actually attended to…
The gentleman who actually attended to me was very polite helpful and professional even though he was acting on behalf of Nik, who I started dealing with who is also a lovely gentleman. Apparently Nik, also attended to me in 2022 when I got my car at Motorpoint.
Unfortunately I had to pay extra £250 against my initial agreement deposit of £3000/part exchange when another colleague had to review my finance with the finance company stating some reasons I couldn't understand.
Overall I would say my experience was very good and I can confidently recommend anyone to Motorpoint.

Our experience from beginning to end was brilliant. This is our second time here at Chingford exchanging our car. We were initially helped by Raj and then assisted by Zeynep who was very helpful. Together they made our experience great and easy. The customer service at Chingford is exemplary, the cars are good quality and competitively priced.

Motorpoint is the only place to go..
Motorpoint is the only place to go if you are planning to buy a near to new car. I brought a Kia from them. It had low mileage, it was clean and tidy without any marks or dents. The only issue it had was the rear camera which wasn't working which Motorpoint paid the main Kia dealers to get replaced with new one within a week.
The Sales team and After Sales team customer care was great. They have a huge selection of cars to suit your need's and their customer office/waiting area layout is really good too.
If ever I need to buy from them again I will. Keep up the good work Motorpoint 😃
