Sales service seemed OK unfortunately the type of car I bought jeep renegades have not got a very good reputation I have since found outso hope things don't go wrong I have spent enough buying the car I am hopeful no major problems occur

Alex took good care of us, top marks to his kind nature.
Only down side is still waiting for paperwork for last service which was promised was done before we bought it

Had a couple of problems after purchase but these were sorted out efficiently.

Bought a car in early August but have still not received the log book which was sent for by post by Motorpoint, was told by the DVLA this should take about 4 weeks it is now 5 so they are regarding it as lost .I have now rang Motorpoint 4 times ,3 times I was promised a call back that never happened and on the 4th occasion I was just ignored so it seems when you want to buy a car they ll go to the ends of the earth but the aftercare service is none existent!

Brilliant, absolutely floorless customer sales, all the staff involved where so nice and so professional at there jobs, right from the first viewing and right to the handover. This is our 3rd car over the last 8 years from Motorpoint and they are so good. We had a budget we had to stick too and the chap we saw (Conor Webster) went out on a limb and was so accommodating to find us a vehicle to fit within our budget range. There's a reason why we keep going back to Motorpoint, the service and cars are spot on. Thank you guys, Karon & Dave Stewart

We had used MotorPoint quite a few years before when buying a car so when we decided to part with it we decided to go back. We saw a particular car on line and as it was at our nearest branch we went to look. And with the assistance and knowledge of one of the sales team we were very happy and made our purchase, trading in the original car we got from them too. Can highly recommend them.

Really well looked after. Easy process and quick turnaround. I was able to collect car within a few days. The staff are friendly and helpful. I noticed that speaker wasn't working and they are now sorting it with no issues at all. Good communication.
