I can't say it was great
I can't say it was great, but it was alright. The salesman did his job and I purchased the car. Very happy with my purchase.
I was given the keys and left to drive away with no instructions. I had to ask someone to show me the handbrake as I had never seen one like that before.

Buy a car with peace of mind
Was happy with the experience. Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional.Also the girl that helped me the following week when I got my new plates. Sorry I forgot her name. She was most helpful. One negative thing. I had never driven an automatic car before so would have been helpful if someone had went over the controls and maybe came on the test drive.

I travelled from Accrington to Edinburgh to pick up my car, everything was ready to go when I arrived, all I had to do was pay the outstanding ammount and car tax, a few signatures and away I went, 25 minutes at top.

Simply super service
I got an excellent, almost unbelievable deal online. I initially contacted Motorpoint to check the details. I found myself talking to a lovely lady who answered all my questions politely, leaving me stunned. She said while you think I will give you a trade in price for your car. I didn't have to think I immediately bought the car. It was delivered to my local Motorpoint garage where a very polite, helpful sales person guided me through transferring my personal plate, no fuss. All in all, a smooth trouble free transaction. Thank you Motorpoint, I am a very happy cusfomer. A five star service.
