Motorpoint - Maidstone Avaliações 

I bought a vehicle from Motorpoint in June 2025, a Kia Niro, collected from Maidstone branch. My car now has a problem with the engine, l took my car to Kia for repairs. The years 2023&2024 became an issue as there is no stamping in vehicle service history book. Invoices, were provided, but since the service was carried out at a non Kia dealership, Kia wanted detailed invoices. I contacted the dealership that did the services for the required detailed invoices, which I received. The service between year 2023 and 2024, exceeded 10000 miles by 729 miles, thereby invalidating the Kia warranty. I contacted Motorpoint Maidstone, regarding this, they said they cannot help. I believe, the sale from Motorpoint, was not done in good faith. They should have informed me that the Kia warranty is invalidated, they l would have made an informed decision. Now, I have to get the car repaired, at my expense, which is really unfair and unfortunate in so many levels.

Good friendly service great prices

Shocking service, sold a car that had been in a crash and been resprayed. Glossed up in the showroom to hide defects. Also altered miles for which I have proof for!!

Visited the showroom following being in the area, looking for an Electric car. After not finding any that jumped out to us at the showroom, Marko found a great iX1 on the website for us. Got it sent down, still no pressure to go for it if we wasnt sure but the car is great and we made the jump to Electric. Marko and Chris were great, despite us having got to the shop on collection day late due to traffic we didnt feel like we was being rushed. Great service, thanks guys 👍

Excellent service from start to finish

Buying my car could not have been easier. Lots of vehicles to chose from. Attentive friendly staff with absolutely no pressure or hard sell. Very relaxed, easy to deal with. My car is fantastic. I would certainly go there first in the future.

We were allowed to browse without being pestered but staff were very helpful once we decided which car we wanted more details of.
Chris Mortimer was very professional but friendly & made it a pleasant experience. He explained everything so even I could understand it!!

Car was delivered from the other side of the country and arrived a couple of days early. The Maidstone branch were able to book me in an appointment to collect the car early too. The car matched the description exactly.

Overall a good service . Slightly annoying that we completed all forms electronically and then still had to do on collection of vechicle due to some glitch.
Some minor faults / scratches were advised and these were not sorted by our collection date. Arrangement of another date for this to be carried out.

Chris at motorpoint in Maidstone could not do enough for us, giving us time to browse cars they had in stock with no pressure to sorting out a scratch on the bumper after we purchased a vehicle.

Very helpful staff and they did not push for a sale. Gave us plenty of time to test drive and look round car. Saw our car on the Monday and it was on our drive by Thursday.

Maidstone motorpoint experience was awesome!
All staff very personable. Izzy in particular was very easy to deal with. I sold my car and achieved very competitive valuation online that was honoured in full. Very efficient experience. The standards and atmosphere in the building is one of the best car dealer experiences i have had. Will definitely recommend this place for buying or selling.

Big thanks to Finn & Chris who helped us recently with a part ex & purchase of a new van. Very happy with the customer service provided, which has made us come back here. Highly recommend a visit.

We were greeted by Darcy Barton at the Maidstone branch when we went to enquire about a van that we were interested in buying. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He made the experience very pleasant and straightforward from start to finish and he was never pushy like many sales executives. He is a credit to your business.
