Good vehicle (so far), reasonably priced. The team at Maidstone branch all very good and recommend Darcy. They moved the car down from Wales for me to view and not disappointed.

The sales and admin staff were very pleasant and helpful but don't believe that the 'Motorpoint Quality Standard' means that you will be driving away with a car without any significant issues. Although the service record was shown to us, the MOT advisory saying the front brake pads were wearing thin was not. Motorpoint did however agree to replace these to secure the sale. We drove away naturally thinking that the car was safe to drive, without any problems and nothing significant would be raised on its first service 10 months later, after only 6300 miles. Wrong! I got a shock when I was told by my local Kia garage that the front brake discs were 95% worn and would need to be replaced (along with the pads). I have made enquiries and had it confirmed that the front brake pads were changed as agreed (obviously I had major doubts they were) BUT, clearly it would have been noticed when changing them that the discs must have been worn and needed changing too. This was not communicated back to us.
I have already contacted the branch concerned, requesting some reimbursement but have been brushed off with the 'wear and tear' excuse. After being told that you have had the front brake pads changed you do not expect 10 months later to have 95% worn discs and a £430+ repair bill . As it stands, the health check revealed the rear brake pads were 85% worn and so I have had the expense of replacing them too. It's not the experience I expected when buying from an established dealer. We drove away confidently thinking there were no safety concerns to monitor in the coming months. I feel a definite lack of transparency from Motorpoint as obviously we wouldn't have bought the car with worn down front brake discs. They clearly must have been in a poor state on purchase for this to happen.

Tina was very helpful to me and went far abd beyond the call of duty to make me feel at ease in browsing their stock of vehicles. I was particularly interested in a specific brand and make of vehicle, having done my research and read all the online in-depth reviews. However when I got into the car and drove it just a few metres, I sadly found that the car was not suited to our needs. I will definitely “keep an eye out” on Motorway vehicles and deals in the near future. IF a suitable vehicle turns up , it would be AN HONOUR to deal with Tina again, as she was very friendly, helpful and professional and helped to put me at ease in going into their local car store for the first time.

Maidstone Motorpoint what great Staff and really welcoming for us and our Dogs. Their service was fantastic would definitely go there again.

I brought my car from motorpoint it was a good experience right from the start.They literally done everything for me and love the car.

At first I was quite impressed, I paid £ 149 to secure a car which was 300 miles from my nearest Motorpoint garage, the car was delivered in good time to their Maidstone branch. The car was largely as described and I had the chance to inspect it before paying, however I now have some significant doubts as to how the car was prepared for sale. The car was allegedly serviced prior to sale - I find this hard to believe, the engine bay was covered in a thick layer of what looks like sawdust, would any self respecting mechanic allow this to be passed in a £ 22k car. The front discs (brakes) are badly scored and will be required to be replaced at the next service, and the washer fluid is pure water. The car was adequately clean, but nothing special. My point is, Motorpoint pretend to care, they do not, it is purely a sales organisation, who give you the opportunity of an upsell at every given opportunity. I was given short shrift regarding the brakes and my complaint regarding the engine bay was completly ignored. There has been little effort at all to reach out to me and to correct the obvious oversiights in their preparation/delivery process. I had a call from one of the 'Sales Executives' at the Maidstone branch, I asked him to review my correspondence with the After-Sales department and get back to me - he never did.

On a more positve note the After-Market interior mats are very good, and quite good value for money.

Customer service was excellent, the whole process was made really smooth and stress free with clear helpful information and support.
The only issue we had was the car collection, car was not inspected before handing over, was not cleaned to “sparkling” condition as promised so was a little disappointing see you car with lots of dirty marks, dusty and also missing charging leads that were in there on day of purchase.
But other than that was brilliant and would highly recommend due to Tina and the team and the great car selection!

Deplorable customer service. Promised a paint pen 4 months ago yet after emails (no reply) and several phone calls, nothing!

We had even one car on the website but it was in the Peterborough branch , they transported it to Maidstone and every was so perfect and my son liked the car and we bought it . Great smooth experience

I found this experience to be refreshing Chris was knowledgeable in the type of car I was interested in and able to answer any questions, he was friendly and helpful and not pushy I felt relaxed and confident in making my choice.
Regan was also very helpful and friendly when I came to pick up.

An efficient and pleasant buying experience

Just traded in my car previously bought at Motorpoint in Chingford 11 years ago. I didn't hesitate to use them again for my next car purchase. Fantastic service given throughout at Maidstone branch.

All the staff at Motorpoint in the Maidstone branch are really helpful, honest and patient. Not once did they try to force a sale like many other dealerships I’ve been to. The process of buying a car is so easy and the fact I could have cars from other branches transported down to the store was amazing. Would definitely recommend Motorpoint to anyone.

Always eager to sell cars, but this eagerness turns to constant bombardment with emails inviting you to call them daily - too much guys!
I purchased a car for my daughter- 5 days on the road then 7 weeks off the road awaiting parts, not amazing experience
