Charlie was attentive throughout the whole process. I already had a car in mind that I had spotted at another Motorpoint branch and he explained clearly how the process of transportation worked. He kept in contact with myself during the time it took to transport the vehicle and let me know when it was available. During the buying process he supported with insurance, car tax and potential warranty deals. He is a really nice bloke and never once made it feel like my questions were ever too much.

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the welcome, Chole Brown made me feel welcome.
Chole explained every step of the service very clearly, kept me updated as to what was going on. We even finished earlier than I expected.
Chole also made a follow up call the next day to find out if I was happy with the car, and to ask if there was any issues I found with the car.

I purchased an MG HS Trophy for cash and a part exchange on the 25/6/26. Firstly the bumper was needed a repair and the rear tyre pressure warning light was on the dash when I was driving out the Branch. The steering wheel also was off centre. I returned to the Branch the next day and left my vehicle for the bumper repair. The tyre pressure warning then returned the next morning. I called and was told to visit Kwik Fit as they had an account with them. The rear tyre was found to have a screw and a nail in it. I had to then wait until given the ok by Motorpoint to have the replacement done and the steering alignment done also. I eventually got authorization to have the steering done. I had to return the next day as the steering was still off. I wrote to Motorpoint and documented all the issues and my treatment and still they haven't answered me. They took my money and sold me a carr that quite clearly wasn't prepared properly. They allowed me to leave the Branch knowing full well the warning sign was on the dash about the punctured tyre. I've now dealt with about 6 different people since the day I expressed interest in buying the vehicle. and it's not even 2 weeks since I drove it out the Branch. Now they haven't even responded to my complaint. I certainly wont be dealing with them again. The Motorpoint today isn't the Motorpoint I used to deal with. Absolutely shocking and customer service has been scandalous. Stay well clear!

The staff gave me space to look around and ask questions without hovering. When I did need help, they were clued-up on the VW and ran through all the features.

Used Motorpoint for my last two cars so naturally thought of them when buying the third. Not disappointed- still a great experience and bought another great car. I’m really pleased. Dreadful signed in for 4 years, salesman didn’t do anything, £1200 commission (has to be disclosed nowadays), completely ignored my emails as did the company, I signed for the car my problems my issues, their expert mechanics could not see scratches, paint missing, holes so my fault my bad never shop here again simply not good enough

I went to the Ipswich branch after seeing car on the website I liked. I was greeted by Cameron who was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for the car to be transferred to Ipswich and contacted me when it arrived. I went down to take a look and was pleased with my choice and made the purchase. For this I was helped by Declan who again was was helpful and friendly. I found everything from start to finish really straight forward.
