I brought a car from Duncan yesterday, after he found my sister a car 8 years ago and it’s still in great condition, I knew he was trustworthy and reliable. It’s a 1 series and it’s perfect. He had a full MOT and service put on it as-well which is so helpful. He listens to your preference and goes above and beyond to find the best possible car, His service is worth 5 stars and more. Will definitely recommend to more of my family and friends as he delivers nothing but the best.

I recently bought my first car (a fiat 500) from Duncan. The service/help/advice he provided was amazing! I contacted Duncan recently as I needed a car to replace one which had been written off. I gave him a spec for what I was after (small car 1 litre) and he came back to me a few days later with exactly what I was looking for, he did absolutely everything to ensure that everything was on point, MOT, service, everything. Then a couple of days later, he contacted me to let me know that he had another car which he thought I might be interested in... Whilst I was very happy with the first car, this one was worth looking at - and, yes, I was very interested in it and subsequently bought this one instead, I'm even more over the moon with this car! There was no hard sell, he just gave me another option which was very much appreciated. It's the second car that I've bought from him over the years and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else, I trust him completely and he has really proven his worth. Any questions etc even after the sale receive prompt attention, nothing is too much trouble, he is really worth his weight in gold. Duncan is a true gentleman. Viewed and brought a beautiful Mercedes SLK from him. No hassle or hard sell just a pleasure to do business with. All the paperwork was present and correct. He had the car serviced and a full year's MOT done ready for us to collect the car at a convenient time for us. Excellent service from Duncan, he deserves 5* and more. Great experience - will definitely use again. Called Duncan having seen a car on auto trader that I liked. Duncan was polite and friendly when arranging viewing. When we arrived for a viewing, he said we could take it for a ride ourselves, but didn’t know the area so asked if he would join us - was friendly, no pushy sales tactics. When we got back, there was an oil leak under the car - Duncan basically said, that’s getting fixed or I’m not selling you this car. Fixed it within a couple of days, and gave me copies of the invoices for the work. Very pleased with my car. Very painless process selling him my old car, too, for a very reasonable price.

Duncan is testament to the saying - An English Man’s Bond is his WORD- . My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with him on the sale of two vehicles and the purchase of another in the last year or so and honesty and trustworthiness is what sets him apart from the rest.

Duncan was fabulous, I went to him with my requirements and my budget, I test drove one car but he encouraged me to wait because he had something he thought would suit me better coming in for sale later that week. I waited and he was right.

Disgusting company with no care for customer service. Took a car for a test drive. The car looked like it had been dragged from a ditch. Warning lights came on and the engine was in a bad way. I was annoyed that they would let me test drive a car in this poor state and the salesman immediately got irate and rude with me. He claimed that this is how they do business. If this is how they work, then please avoid this company.

Duncan was never pushy and very down to earth guy who new his stuff helped me out on a budget and sorted my situation out to I would highly recommend Duncan to anyone and will be definitely getting another car from Duncan in the near future even picked me up to go and collect my new car me and the family wish Duncan every success thanks for a 1st class experience 👍🏻

Had an issue with a car I brought that warranty wouldn't cover, I contacted Motor4U and explained the issue and they offered to help fix it for me. Had some other small bits that was missed when purchased which they fixed aswell free of charge. Cannot thank Omar and the team enough for their help, I now have a fully working car. Very happy customer and highly recommend this dealership. Great customer service and fantastic team.
