Absolute scammers, told me they would give me £300 for my car, called us a few hours after taking it to confirm they’d give us £300 then called me a day later ( the day my cars mot ran out ) to say that they’ve lowered their offer since there’s engine problems, then when i asked for proof of this as I was not aware of any engine problems especially since i’ve been driving it up until the week before they said they wouldn’t send proof id have to go and see it for myself. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Something seriously wrong with people who have to scam to get money, Rude over the phone too

We sold our car to them back in March however they never actually scrapped our car and continued to drive it around. We have had numerous penalties which I have now been liable for and had to pay. Would give zero stars if I could.

SCAMMERS - avoid at all costs - was given price of £280 over the phone my Molly - even though I said it had an engine fault - asked for an email quote (said they didn’t send quotes ) and how payment worked and they said driver will take your bank details upon collection. Knew at this point it was scam, they are still not answering the phone.

Avoid. They are Thieves, picked up my car and payment never received. I will have to report the car as stolen to the police now. Scammers .

I don't even know where are d hot to start.
I googled scrap my car and these Thieves came up on the top of the page. After filling up an online form uneducated female called me with the question "Are you looking to scrap your car" and off car i said yes. After answering accurately to a few questions and made her 100% aware that the engine on the car has overheated two times and it's broken and i don't want to have the hassle to fix it she gave me valuation of £375 and assured me that i will get the payment within 24 hours.

I wanted to book a day when i will be free, but she said, that it's okay to leave the keys and V5 with someone even if im not there.

After speaking to her i got another call in a little bit over an hour to confirm that i still want to scrap the car and that the driver will be at mine at 08:00am.

The driver showed up 07:10am anyway i was expecting him at 8am.

Long story short after they got the car the same female called me saying that they checked the car and the engine it's got a broken cylinder and it needs a head gasket they can pay £100 because the car is going for a scrap.

Your cheap website clearly says "Are you looking to scrap your car"

You called me with the phrase" You made an enquiry to scarp your car"

And at the end you are telling me that you're giving me only £100 because the car is going for a scrap ??? Are you insane???
She claimed that i gave a false information, because after checking the car the cylinder was damaged and it needs a head gasket as well.

Not only cylinder and gasket, i said that it overheated two times and the whole engine is broken. Why the heck do you think im looking for a scrap company??

When you try to disagree and make your point she becomes rude and force you to accept or collect your car by yourself anyway that they came to collect it.

As i was forced to agree to the £100 because of her arrogance and disgusting attitude i called back to say that i want my car back and i don't want to let them have it for a hundred.

After this it took ovet a week chasing them for a solution. Whoever was picking the phone was rude and sarcastic trying to hang the phone up without being helpful. There is not even a manager to speak to. It is a family thieves Ltd company.

After rejecting their £100 and asking them to return my car, they still paid me £100 and never returned the car. I feel that they literally stole it from me. But these case will be passed to the right place and people, so they stop stealing from people and do their dirty scams...

Promised £280 for our vehicle over the phone, arranged a time and date for collection. Did not show up, refused to answer any further phone calls. Company looks to be a scam.

Scammers stole my car and shipped it to belgium

Avoid this company. Initially I was offered £300 for my vehicle but then price was slashed to only £100, I also had to wait over a week for payment when I was promised 24hour payment. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely avoid this company. It’s a SCAM.

I agreed a price of £300 for them to collect my broken car for scrap. After they had already taken the vehicle and kept it for 24 hours, I received a call from a woman speaking in a very aggressive and intimidating tone, claiming that the catalytic converter was “not original” and therefore they would only pay £100 instead of the agreed amount.

This accusation is completely false, but once they already have your car, you are put in a very vulnerable position with no real way to prove anything or know whether parts have been tampered with while the vehicle is in their possession. I was basically given two options in a very rude manner; accept £100 or go and collect the car myself.

To make things even worse, the woman on the phone actually started shouting at me during the conversation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

In my opinion, this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: offer a decent price to collect the vehicle, then drastically reduce the payment once they have the car and pressure the customer into accepting it.

Basically a SCAM!!!

Be very careful dealing with this company. I would strongly recommend taking photos and videos of every part of your vehicle before collection.

Vehicle collected after agreeing a scrap price and promising payment within 24 hours. Several days later I was told they would not honour the agreed amount due to an alleged electrical fault discovered after collection.

The vehicle was collected as a scrap/non-running vehicle and paperwork was completed at collection.

I am currently still trying to obtain either payment or return of the vehicle and have requested written company details and confirmation of where the vehicle is being held.
