Scam! Scam! Scam! Return policy is a joke. My credit company resolved the refund.

I just ordered this and it was shipped to me one day ago in my mailbox. My doctor said I cannot take it. I have returned it and paid $60 just to ship it back to them because they would not give me a label. They keep telling me I should gift it to somebody or keep it or save it or something, but my doctor doesn’t want me to take it. I told them I want a Complete refund. They said there’s a stocking fee which was not told they are very manipulative and I believe this is all scamming. This product is horrible and I told them that my doctor won’t let me take it. I should get a full refund. I’ve already paid $60 to ship it priority mail so that I can get my refund but they told me that they’re going to take a percentage of that anyways this is not a good company don’t waste your money. It’s not real. It’s all a scam and somebody should close them down and investigate mounja Burn

Scam!!! Really wanted it to work but was safe to try because of the Refund policy if it doesn't work.... Well it didn't work and I followed the directions to the letter. When I called for my refund was told they would offer me 50% back for not having the inconvenience of having to send it back (162.00). I spent 324.00 If I chose to return the product there would be a 15% restocking fee 48.69 for 6 bottles purchased (275.00 Refund). Plus I had to pay for the return postage. Then the kicker they would only refund for UNOPEN bottles 183.16 minus restock of 27.47. What false advertising.... I got taken! Lets hope I get the Refund.

If it was possible to select negative stars, that is what this company deserves. Seriously. Worthless product, false advertising, deceitful employees/customer service. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Total Scam and the 60 day refund policy is also a scam. Not one pound lost. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive, so that ate up part of the 60 days, so started emailing them and texting "my contact" at 50 days with no response. Numerous emails to them with no response. Not until after 70 days did they reply and said I didn't tell them within the 60 day period. Total Expensive Scam!

I sat and watched the video. I was about to buy but something said. CHECK IT OUT FIRST. I am SO glad I did. I feel bad for those that bought it. I was right there with you. In the time I am writing this, I have been called 8x from random numbers and sent a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be "Ana" that wanted to reach out to me about the drops. Ladies, these are LEECHES. It's shameful that they can get away with this. DO NOT BUY! READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE ME! THEY ALL SPEAK TRUTH.

I decided not to make purchase and within 20 minutes I’ve received 37 calls. Not to include the text messages. Now honestly if I was on the fence to purchase I am definitely not now. This kind of tactic is one I’m not interested in. Probably means product doesn’t work.

Do not order! Read all reviews. Their customer service is non responsive!
I have been trying for weeks to resolve an issue and I have received absolutely NO response!

Product had no effect . When I asked for the guaranteed money back refund, after asking me a bunch of questions which they know the answer to, I was told to put in my credit card so they could charge me more money so I could join another company that answers questions about plumbing issues.

Difficulty with return of unopened products to Mounja Burn requiring payment of $5 first!

I ordered a supply of Mounjara drops for my husband and I. They claim that you will lose 12 to 15 pounds in the first week. They have a long video explaining why their product works so well. They offer a full refund if it does not work. After 10 days with exercise and eating healthy, my husband and I saw no results. I realized the product does not work and asked for a return. No one picks up their customer support phone, and they play games with the emails. After asking several times, they do not supply you with a RMA number. Then they offer to give you 50% of what you paid, and then 30% of what you paid. After declining, I was then given instructions to send it back with a tracking number and they would give me a refund, less 15% restocking. Once I returned the product and sent them a tracking number, they then told me they were not going to give me a refund without a RMA#. I believe this product doesn’t work and the company has horrible service. They play games, and they are a scam. Don’t waste your time. I will have to dispute my purchase with the bank. Support@mounjara and support@cartpanda are who I tried to deal with.

MounjaBurn has renamed themselves MounjaPure. They are actually claiming they are FDA approved! FDA does not regulate supplements, period.

This product is as sweet as sugar water and I wish I was a chemist but I’m not…. I don’t think any of the ingredients listed is in these bottles. This product should be removed from YT and head right to court for scamming the most vulnerable people like myself. It’s a shame and I’m so hurt because I have under functioning thyroids which causes me to have to work out twice as hard as anyone else. Please advise do not use this product

I never learn, all the red flags when i listened to that ad full of lies. But we are so eager to get a product that might work, we dont pay attention and still try one more thing.
People losing weight every day, lol, only a few bottles left, lol, your own specific formula, lol, you can make it with a few simple ingredients, that were never given, lose 60 pounds in weeks, lol, everything on that video, which was said to be only over a minute, lol, I am not going to try to sell you anything at the end of this video, lol, everything was a lie. Yet, i was scammed into trying it.
I tried to stop the order, even though it was not shipped. I could not. Thank goodness i only bought 2 bottles for $150. Which includes shipping. Customer service gave me back $78 immediately. She knew it would save time down the line when i called and would say it didn't work.
I just never learn, but was especially shocked to find it so cheap at so many stores and also that it does not work. I hope these people get punished.

Scam don’t buy it. They do not answer their phone or return 7 messages. You are welcome to share this review with company but I doubt they will care or respond. They got their money they are happpy

Contains stimulant guarana, not listed on website. Cant use this. Ordered 1 bottle. Charged $92, then another charge of $53 on my credit card. They will not accept return of product. They keep minimum of 50%

Be honest. I've taken these drops for over a month
I've not lost one pound, or had an ounce of energy. Initially your reps gave me three (3) different doses to take, and never explained what one dropper was. Mine only filled to less than half a dropper. I would have been better off investing on an exercise program than wasting my money with a placebo.

I WISH there was less than one star… they don’t deserve any amount of a star! Just found this site and wish I had known about it! They actually told me they didn’t care if they got negative reviews!!!! Does THAT raise any flags???!
I won’t repeat what can be read from others but I can attest to a HORRRRRRRIBLE experience!!

I bought this product from mounjaburndrops.com and never received. I emailed them 3-4 times about my order after a week and got 1 email from with a tracking number from USPS. I waited a few days and contacted USPS which then informed me that the company never delivered the package to the USPS office. I then email the company 4-5 times again without any response. I called PayPal and now waiting for them to process the “case” so they will evaluate if I can get my refund. I’m so glad I didn’t give the company my credit card info and paid with PayPal instead.
