Mass produced. No way to verify it is genuine pounamu. When asked about the specific piece I purchased with order number and all they kept talking about how they also use jade from all over the world but make it clear on their website before purchasing etc. Well the purchased piece was listed as genuine pounamu but with no way to verify. Couldn't be bothered with the back and forth talking to them because they gave generic answers rather than being straight. No artist profile. Mass produced. Very disappointed paying such a premium price when I was under the impression that if a piece was listed as NZ pounamu and came from the Mountain Jade studio then it would be Ngāi Tahu since they reference them in the sourcing of their pounamu. I know there's international jade, and I know they use artists from all over the country but that wasn't what I purchased! very annoyed. Dont recommend

I purchased tear drop pounamu earrings for my sisters 30th Birthday. When my mum went to bless them we were disgusted to see these fragile, cheap, flimsy earrings ( I paid 150 NZD )

I contacted the customer support and the only solution to receiving any sort of refund was pay extra $35 to replace the earring hook ( the original hook worth $2 from the dollar shop)
Also nobody tried the earring on to begin with.

TOTAL RIP OFF!
