Quality and excellent customer service.
I ordered a mouse and mat as my old one was, well, old. Unfortunately the one I received didn't connect. I contacted David at Mouseshop, he immediately sent a replacement and included a battery which I'm happy to say worked perfectly. We're all a little wary when buying from a company we don't know but I cannot recommend these guys enough. For quality and customer service they are faultless.

Something different to get as a gift.

The mouse and mouse pad I purchased were just like the box said. They are so cute, good quality. I only wish the mouse was a rechargeable one. Batteries can be quite expensive but that’s the only drawback

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, it felt like I was buying from actual people and not simply a company. I had a little fault with my mouse and I reached out for advice to see if I could fix it. I got offered a replacement that arrived quickly (and even came with a battery). Everything was quick, kind, and to the point. It felt caring
