We apologize for shipping the wrong colored item, we replied to your email but have not received a response yet, please check your spam folder if you need extra assistance.
As for the shipping time, at checkout the system lets you choose your desired shipping speed, when you select shipping method "Standard Shipping (5-10 Business days) - NO PO BOX" we "cross-dock" these orders, meaning, the inventory is stored in our suppliers' warehouses and due to high shipping fees we bring inventory into our fulfillment center first, these orders will take approx 5 days to ship to you but will still arrive within the time window, as we did.

Everything was handled online. No issues. The UX was seamless. Product was delivered promptly. I received just enough updates. Price point appeared less than others. The c17 is a good product. I have 3 other Brook seats and they’re great, albeit a little on the heavier side.

First class service
I inadvertently ordered a bike rack at a very good price that could not be used with a trailer hitch appropriate for my car. The rack was shipped immediately after I ordered it. While package was enroute, I realized my error. The same day I emailed Movatik of the situation, they sent me a prepaid fedex label for return and full refund. I highly recommend Movatik for their excellent customer service as well as great products and price.
