All the team were helpful, did a great job in quick time. Even made two trips because they didn’t want to risk some of the more delicate bits. Can’t fault the service. Easy to book, good price. Can’t go wrong. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Brilliant Team – Highly Recommended!

David, Cain, and Owen were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’ll admit, I’m a bit of an overthinker, and like anyone else, I was extremely stressed about moving day—especially with the challenge of dismantling and assembling two massive wardrobes within our 5-hour window.

From the moment they arrived, they reassured me: “Don’t worry, we’ve done this plenty of times.” I was still a bit sceptical, but their calm and confident approach helped ease my worries. Despite the sliding wardrobes being particularly tricky (due to how they were built), they worked tirelessly, trying different methods until everything was safely dismantled, moved, and reassembled perfectly.

One thing that really stood out was their attitude as the clock was ticking. As we got closer to the time limit, they told me not to worry about going slightly over—they wouldn’t charge extra. That kind of honesty and flexibility is rare.

They didn’t say no to anything we asked. Nothing was too much trouble. Every part of the move was handled with care, and they worked as a brilliant team to solve every small challenge that came up. Their friendly and helpful nature made what could’ve been a hectic day feel smooth and manageable.

Their pricing was also the most competitive of all the quotes I received—others quoted significantly higher and even tried to pressure me with scary “extra time” charges. But these guys were upfront, fair, and offered incredible value.

Thanks to David, Cain, and Owen, I’m now sitting peacefully in my new home while writing this review. Not a single item was damaged, everything was assembled, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

The team were efficient, communicative and careful with our belongings and the actual properties we moved from and to. They worked really hard and put things where we wanted them too. Communication from the office before and during the move was also thorough. Thank you! Top service.

Very disappointed with this service. We booked due to their very flexible terms which was great and appreciated. Louise was very helpful during booking. The issues came on moving day. One of the removal men was quite grumpy, a lot of huffing and puffing despite the fact we had moved most of our stuff into storage to make the move much easier. Had we not done this, I suspect there would have been a great deal more huffing and making us feel generally awkward. That aside, as we could live with this, the main issue was that our brand new TV was broken in transit. We packaged it up carefully, fully bubble wrapping it and wrapping it over the bubble wrap in pallet wrap. The TV was brought in the second van load which was half empty. We noticed the damage after unpacking once the removal men where gone. I emailed Louise with regards to the so called insurance that is to cover your goods. Be very wary of this as it turns out there is no insurance. Louise did kindly offer to collect the TV to arrange repairs. We were very happy with this however when I emailed to enquire when pick up would be, she then came back and said they would no longer be doing it as they were not liable due to the fact we packaged the TV ourselves and it was in a half empty van. I had images of the damage and was not "trying it on" I was happy with just the offer of repair but all of a sudden, apparently management were washing their hands. I tried to email and instead asked for a good will gesture, a partial refund perhaps. I was advised she would check with her manager. I have since been entirely ghosted. I have given them over a month to resolve before writing this review. My opinion is that this company cannot be trusted with your goods.

Would definitely recommend Move Easy to anyone. Louise in the office was excellent moving around dates as removal was delayed. David and the lads were fantastic they were so quick and hard working nothing was too much trouble. My move was delayed and they worked with me to find a solution as move was delayed overnight once the van was loaded but they took away the stress of the move excellent service.

We have used many removals companies over the years and Mark, Owen and David impressed us the most. Long distance move from the South Coast to Manchester. They arrived bang on time, were so nice/considerate and nothing was too much trouble for them. There is a big skill to using the space in the van (and our storage unit) and the team absolutely nailed it. No hesitation in recommending Move Eazy. We will look to use again when our rental comes to an end. 5 stars.

Louise was really helpful and so easy to organise our house move with.

Dave and the lads were brilliant. They attempted everything to get our house moved as quickly as they could. I was being hounded by the buyer for keys and the lads did everything they could to get us packed up and out as quickly as possible.

They went above and beyond to try and make sure everything was removed and placed where I wanted in the new house - including lifting a Wendy house over an 8ft fence and one of them lying beneath a wardrobe to get it up a flight of stairs!

Totally recommend this company! This was a long distance move from Manchester to south wales , the guys turned up nice and early, we did a walk around and they got to work quickly and had it all loaded up in hour and a half and with a great sense of humour, and unloaded it at the other end very quickly , it was a long day for everyone but they did the job brilliantly, Louise was so helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone

I cannot recommend Louise and her home moving team highly enough! From start to finish, they made the day much less stressful (it is never easy to move house!!!).
Louise's team is incredibly well-organised – they arrived on time and had a clear plan of action from the moment they walked through the door. What impressed me most was their genuine willingness to help with every aspect of the move. No request was too big or too small.
I was particularly amazed by their ability to move our large furniture pieces that I honestly thought would be impossible to get in to the house. They strategised, problem-solved, and somehow made it work without any damage to our belongings or the property. Their skill and determination were truly impressive.
Throughout the entire process, they handled our belongings with exceptional care.

Everything was moved into a room of my choice and nothing was too much effort for them if I asked boxes/furniture to be moved to another room which was extremely helpful as I was moving on my own.

Our experience was ok. Contacted move eazy and they got me a quick turnaround on a quote which was appreciated. Packers turned up on Sunday (we moved on the Monday) later than expected and left earlier than expected but to be honest that wasn’t a major issue. Lads were nice but main issues were that none of the boxes were labelled so everything was dumped in the middle of the house; and only one of them could dismantle/ reassemble everything. The house we moved in to wasn’t ready for an hour and then we got charged for an additional hour it took him to reassemble all the furniture - the others were literally waiting around for him.

They were good enough and helped us when there was literally no one else available, but little efficiencies could be made to improve the service.

I used Move Eazy to move my things to a storage unit. The whole process with them was very smooth, from the booking stage with Louise, who was very helpful and friendly, to the actual move day.
The three guys who did the move were great. They were polite and efficient and worked very hard to get everything into the storage unit (there was a lot of stuff!)
They then also took some things to my temporary accommodation

I used Move easy based on their policy that once you have paid your deposit your move is locked in regardless if the date changes.

I had a very stressfull time leading up to my completion date, where I ended up not exchanging contracts till the night before my move. Louise was fantastic booking me in last minute with only 2 days before my completion date. Did the quote over a video call so no delays there.

On the day the lads were amazing. So friendly and incredibly quick packing the van. And on the other side they were wizards navigating a very narrow staircase compared to the house I moved from. All in all my completion day ran so smoothly it was the least stressful time of my whole move

10/10 would recommend and use these guys again.

Move Easy Limited were fabulous. They were the best price from the 3 quotes I received and the service was impeccable. Louise my contact got back quickly every time I asked for information and was always positive and flexible which was a great help given the legal issues which meant we had to change our moving date twice.

The 3 men who then moved us David, Jamie and Cain worked tirelessly all day. Nothing was too much trouble - they were amazing and a joy to have around. I can’t recommend the company highly enough
- they really do deserve to be praised.
