IBedrijf laat je ijskoud op vliegveld in de steek. Aangegeven dat ik in rolstoel reis met zuurstof, dus niet de snelste ben in verplaatsen. We hadden vertraging maar had dit door moeten geven....???? Hoe dan vanuit een vliegtuig. Ijskoud zeggen dat ik te laat was en dus geen auto. Laten ze mijn met een lege zuurstofmachine in een rolstoel met 3 koffers en vrouw gewoon staan in Athene. Gewoon een stelletje boeven. Dit is geen gewoon verhuurbedrijf, en zeker geen service wat ze verlenen. Enkel misère, en niet voor niets een 1,5 als beoordeling. Ik zou dit bedrijf niet alleen NIET aanraden, ik zou het STERK AFRADEN.

Move Mee: Purtroppo ho scoperto tardi che si trattava di una TRUFFA. Prenotato tramite Carjet, che per il noleggio (NON AVVENUTO, CON DISDETTA EFFETTUATA NEI TEMPI) si appoggia a Move Mee. Mandano email di rimborso ma non lo erogano. Occhio: non hanno pec (né telefono) ed avendo sede all’estero non sono aggredibili.

I cancel the reservation28 days prior my pickup, but I didn't get the money back

The Movemee system just didn't work. The App didn't work several times when I tried to enter my details. When I tried to confirm my identity with the App for 48 hrs prior to getting the car, I rang Movemee several times but only got an answering machine asking me to email the helpdesk. I emailed the helpdesk but got no response. When I arrived at the car rental location and explained the problems we'd had with Movemee, they simply laughed at us, and said that this is normal with Movemee. The Movemee concept is great, but in practice just doesn't work. No one answers the phone or responds to emails for help. Very poor.

Movemee app didn’t work… Greenmotion helped us out luckily.

Bad lousy app, mailed several times for help before the renting, no answer 😡
Cueless getting the car ,no way, had to go to the office.
I will never recommend the movemee app, to much problems with it.

We arrived at the airport (Athens) and couldn't find the car. We weren't given a location to pick up the car, none of the phone numbers listed would pick up, and nobody we talked to knew of Movemee or the company we were supposed to get the car from. It took us almost three hours to eventually find the car. When discussing this issue with Movemee, they ignored the evidence provided and told me that it was our fault. They did agree to a partial refund, however, so I have added a star.

App was not working, not answering any emails and phone calls. Never again!!!

Dreadful service. Tried phoning the U.K. telephone number they give .. answer phone saying central office closed & to email them in an emergency. Did do several times but never received any response. Tried phoning their US number but no response. In the end had to collect the car in the regular way. Would avoid on the future

The app just does not work and is totally confusing.
Movemee do not reply to customer emails.

You make a booking and then they never communicate with you. Just by a fluck that I found my reservation had been passed to Green Motion car hire, but I was not advised of this. Avoid Movemee.

Complete scam. Avoid at all costs

The worst car rental experience. I booked for the first time with this company, picking the car up at Edinburgh Airport. The booking was supposed to be on site collection but we had to get a bus to their car park and office. There was a huge queue and their app was not working so no choice but to wait in line. The woman who served me had an awful unfriendly attitude. The time it took from exiting the terminal to getting the car keys was 2.5 hours!!! Never again.

The app was not working so could not load the information needed.
We were in Crete and due to fly home and tried phoning the help line to find no one works at the weekend! Sent an email as it was urgent and still nothing.
Ended up having to hire another car from a different company.
I sent an email explaining all this at the time and requested an email and still heard nothing from you.
Definitely would not recommend this company!

The app is terrible. It took an hour to get it to accept my details and refused to accept my booking reference so I never used the app

Die app funktioniert nicht einmal richtig bevor es überhaupt los geht. Kannst alles scannen und ab dann kann man nicht immer die Buchung einsehen. Hat mich so verunsichert, dass man dann am Flughafen steht app nicht funktioniert und kein Auto, dass ich auf off airport umgebucht habe. Hatte schon bei der Buchung Bauchweh 171 Euro für 14 Tage kann nichts gutes sein.

Doesn´t work, no response after trying to contact via mail.

The move me app was really bad:
- The app page would be accepted though the home screen would still ask for the same information again. I got a text at 5am on the day of the rental asking for info I had already provided 4 or 5 times.
- When I got to the green motion rental centre, it was like a normal hire centre where you have to see the person behind the desk. The movie me app implied you could go straight to the car.
- The app asked for a lot of personnel information which I would rather not have provided. Pictures of myself, photos of my documents. I would try to avoid this. I don't trust these complete strangers, they will probably leak it by accident at some point opening me up to scams and cons.
