Moversaurus were engaged, helpful, flexible and pragmatic from the start - they adapted to moving / last minute dates due to being in a chain, packed and stored the furniture for six months and then navigated narrow streets and parking challenges in a heatwave Canterbury all with a smile. I don't want to move again any time soon but will be recommending them to all my friends.

I used the packing and removal service from Movesaurus, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the moment they arrived, everything was handled professionally. They were prompt, packed and labelled all of my belongings efficiently and with great care, and made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier.
The team were friendly, polite, and respectful throughout, and they made sure every box and piece of furniture was placed in the correct room at my new home. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have no plans to move again anytime soon, but if I ever do, Movesaurus will definitely be my first choice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional removal company.

The guys were very professional in our recent move, there were some particularly tricky items we had including a very large fridge freezer that the team dealt brilliantly with. I'd highly recommend them.

Really great experience with this moving company. We had a pretty tricky move with way more stuff than expected, but Leo and his colleague were amazing the whole time. Super friendly, calm, and just really helpful from start to finish.
They helped us pack things up, handled everything carefully, and were more than happy to take the extra items without making it stressful. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them.
Honestly made moving day so much easier and less overwhelming.

The team were awesome, they worked like troopers on the packing day getting everything boxed up, even after pruning there was so much.
On moving day they cracked on getting us ready to be out by 1pm and then unpacked everything into the right location.
Nothing seemed to phase them and it couldn't have been done any better.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful company all round. From the initial quote through to the last box off the van, abso-blooming-lutely faultless. The gentlemen were so polite and courteous I had to pinch myself as I thought I'd been transported back in time to when good manners was a "thing". They were brought up correctly that's for certain.These chaps worked so hard loading, then drove to Norwich, then unloaded and they were wonderful. Thank you again chaps for your professionalism and for simply being so helpful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately there were extremes in the service we retrieved so a fair review puts it in the middle. In truth we would have gone with one of our other quotations in retrospect, but wanted to support a local business.

The boys that came to do the job were courteous and diligent. They worked hard and really put our minds at ease in their approach. They worked efficiently and put care into what they did (for the most part). There was some minor damage to our dining table, and they also did not protect the floors of our new house (which was a newbuild so had brand new, recently cleaned floors) so we were left with a cleaning job to do. This however we were willing to overlook in view of how nice they were.

However, a few days later we got a bill for almost £600 extra in view of them staying past 5pm. What that did not account for was the fact that we paid for 2 days and the team left at 3pm on day one as their lorry driver had called in sick so they did not dismantle furniture nor load the lorry. This then took until 1.30 pm on day 2 (2.5 hours after we had completed) and subsequently they stayed for 3 hours at the new property (as we took an hour to clean the house before leaving).

I wrote to Naomi who denied the lorry had any bearing on events and that they left early day 1 as the work was done (the guys who did the job had specified otherwise), but did halve the fee for the need to clean. I challenged again and she denied so we ended up paying.

It is unfortunate that the office staff did not match the workers in their honesty and consideration which is why I have rated relatively lowly, and unfortunately would advise people to look elsewhere for a premium service (as other more premium providers did protect deposit if the move date changes unlike Moversaurus which was a real sticking point as the day got closer and there were potential delays).

Can’t say anything but good things from start to finish. Would highly recommend

This is the 3rd time in 5yrs that I have moved house and all 3 times I have used Moversaurus. I'd had a dreadful experience previously so was apprehensive, but these guys are just above and beyond professional.
The care they take with your beloved posessions is second to none. They do a thorough walkthrough to understand what's going where and a further walkthrough at the other end to make sure you are happy with everything.

They then take considerable care packaging everything in protective covers and cases to ensure it arrives safely at the other end.

They have always been incredibly polite and kind and this 3rd experience was no exception. Toby was a gem and led his team with utter professionalism. Moving home is a stressful experience and this company takes so much of that stress away, giving you a chance to just concentrate on bedding in.

Highly, highly recommend, can't say enough good things about them!!

The Moversaurus team were amazing. They packed our 2 bed flat, that was on the second floor in only a few hours. They were ready and waiting when we recieved our keys and were always asking where things should be. If we changed our mind they were happy to move it for us again. The admin team were flexible after we had to delay our move. All in all a great experience, would reccomend.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. After initially being responsive and committing to our tight timeframe, the company suddenly went completely silent despite our updates via email, WhatsApp and phone. We were only informed at 7.30pm on the Thursday evening — one working day before our scheduled move — that they could no longer help.

This last-minute cancellation caused significant stress and disruption to our family at an already highly pressured time. What was most disappointing was not just the failure to honour the booking, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. We could have re-negotiated our completion date had they communicated. Following our experience, I contacted the company managing director to explain the impact and distress caused, and received no response.

Based on our experience, this company appears disorganised and unreliable, and we would strongly recommend not using them.

Luke and the team moved us from Tunbridge Wells to Hastings, packing everything for us and transporting it to the trucks some way from our front door and up 2 flights of steps (including some challenging oak dining furniture). At the other end they were still going at 8pm, unloading the trucks and putting everything in the right room - true professionalism. Nothing was broken. I would have posted sooner but in no way does that detract from the experience. Highly recommended.

From Neil’s initial visit to my home in Haywards Heath to Kayley’s great communication and help in the office leading up to both moves, to Ted & Harley driving their van 350 miles to The Lake District to bring my things, I couldn’t fault Moversaurus. Professional, friendly, efficient, careful. Nothing too much trouble.
So thankful for them and would highly recommend 🙌.

Toby and the team were great from start the finish. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble. They all worked very hard all day and treated our possessions with the upmost care and consideration.

From start to finish, a great and helpful service. The office were very helpful and the movers did a great job with a friendly team. Easy to work with them to know what we could do to help (very little in the end!) and no damage to report. Thank you to all the team.

Massive thanks to Russ and his team for the move from Burgess Hill to Amble in Northumberland. Removal date moved late on but Russ dealt with this professionally and confidently.Both teams, packers at burgess hill and unpackers at Amble did a 1st class job and were very professional, polite and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

Did a great job helping us to relocate from Sussex to Yorkshire.
Managed to fit all our belongings into one small lorry, wither everything arriving safely.

We would highly recommend this company! This is the second time we have used them to move house. They managed to fit us in close to our move and quoted a fair price. The three guys that did our move were so friendly and polite and worked efficiently throughout the day. They even took apart a tricky desk for us and put it back together which was so helpful. As well as other items of furniture. I had a lot of garden plants and they all arrived with no damage. Everything was moved thoughtfully and with care. Nothing seemed too much trouble! We got a quote from someone, and all seemed well. I asked him multiple times about how it works with insurance if anything gets damaged and he assured me twice that they have great insurance as part of their price, no need to pay anything on top. I felt confident.

However, during my move, it already started with a hiccup. The movers were late, for which they did apologise, stuff happens. But one of the guys seemed quite clumsy. He kept grabbing more than he could clearly, and kept knocking the door frames. As I don't want to loose my damage deposit, I asked him if it would be helpful if I would grab small items like table legs, the hoover, etc. to which he said that would be great.

On arrival at our new place, we found a lot of damage. My bookcase is so damaged I can no longer assemble it, my chest of drawers has a deep scratch along the whole width of the front of one drawer. Another drawer has a chip out of it. The front door has a dent in it.

When we emailed them about the damages, with pictures and everything, they quoted us for an additional 2 hours, even though there was only 1 more hour. On top of this they also said that we "insisted on helping", which again, we didn't, we merely asked if it would be helpful to them. I even asked if they rather we don't help! In this email we got told we must've caused the damage ourselves, and as a good will gesture they will knock off an hour of the quote. You know, the hour that wasn't there in the first place.

Save yourself the heartbreak and financial loss of getting your furniture damaged. I've taken such good care of mine for all these years, and I'm distraught that this is what I've ended up with.
