I ordered one item from MoveSpeed and received the wrong item instead. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. I contacted MoveSpeed by email to explain the issue and give them a chance to correct it. As of writing this review, I have received absolutely no response.

That lack of communication is the real problem. When a customer pays for a product and gets the wrong one, the bare minimum expectation is that the company acknowledges the issue and works toward fixing it. Instead, I’ve been met with silence.

Because of that, this is a one star review. Not necessarily because the wrong item was shipped, but because MoveSpeed hasn’t bothered to respond or make it right. If customer service matters to you at all, keep this experience in mind before ordering.

I like the item that I bought but part of my order was misssing. The magnetic stand was not included in my order. I have tried reaching out to every possible place to check on this and nobody seems to want to answer. I have sent close to 10 emails to the support address lste n Movespeed with no response. All I want is the stand I paid for.

Ordered, paid and never received the ordered product. Also no answer to emails. SCAM!

Great product……heavy duty for sure and efficient with multiple ports for charging several devices.

did not get all my order cant use what i did get no use paying fast shipping very unhappy want my money back will go on Facebook tell everyone how bad the service is

Terrible customer service. No one but no one responds. Zero email responses from Movespeed, an annoying AI bot is no help either. Be warned if you have any issue you are on your own. Terrible!!

I received the ST10 drive, which did not function, but stalled after a few file transfers. I followed their recommendation to solve the problem, which did not work. They promised to send a replacement. After a month still no new drive, where on they promised to resend. It's been 11 months now, dozens of emails and false promises. Now they just ignore me. I will seek cash back through bank

The usb C hub looks great and works wonderfully well. I was able to get 4k 120hz from my laptop to the external monitor. It gave me so much joy

Ordered a powerbank in October first week and 6-weeks later we do not even have a status of the order. No customer service representatives who are managing the email / chat.

The quality of the materials is excellent. Finished and presented to a high standard. The MagSafe charger dissipates heat efficiently. I took a star for the charging time to reload the charger. Also lost another star for the very long time it took to process and ship the order. Apart from those two points, I am happy with the product

El producto me acaba de llegar y todo bien en cuanto a funcionalidad y calidad. Lo que desapruebo es el soporte técnico que según tienen(jamas me respondieron el chat "24/7"), y eso de atemoriza al imaginar reclamar algun fallo a futuro por defecto. El seguimiento de rastreo tampoco es muy eficiente ya que tardaron aproximadamente 3 semanas en enviar y jamas se actualizo el status.

Ik heb een jaar geleden een powarbank gekocht en ik had er spijt van dat ik er geen 2 heb gekocht nu heb ik gezien dat er goede kortingen zijn heb ik nog wat goodies gekocht waaronder de 70 000 ma powarbank waarvan ik tot deze dag de eerste nog maar 12 keer heb moeten opladen heb ik nog een gekocht en de kabels die er bij geleverd worden zijn ook heel goed

This SSD is build like a tank and I think it works. I have not been able to make it work because of the lack of proper manual. Otherwise looks very cool.

I purchased the GD10 due to being able to track it with Apple Fine My (Stuff). I set up everything per the instructions and everything was fine, or so I thought. The touchscreen is a little unresponsive and apparently I managed to mistype my password when setting it up. I have large fingers and figured I may have just hit the key below the one I meant to hit for the last number and tried to unlock it. It didn't work. I tried so many different combinations of the password I thought I had entered but none of them worked. So I tried to reach out to Movespeed.....over and over and over and over and over and so on until tonight I entered my name email and everything into the chat box for the last time before I decided to record a video for my channel and rant to my subscribers for a bit. Several suggested I write a review on here so this is me writing it. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY DOESN"T CARE! I am filing with my CC company to recoup what I spent on this overpriced piece of techno-garbage. Luckily My CC company has never let me down unlike Movespeed. I am sticking with twopan who I backed on KS and haven't had one problem with. Cheers
