Cancelled again at last minute. That’s 3 jobs in a row. Very unprofessional company

As a new supplier to Movex, the team have welcomed me with open arms. Weekly calls to ensure I was settling in ok and was used to the platform… any issues I had were dealt with immediately and all of the team are fantastic.
I’d like to mention that Luke Cohen of the broker team has been absolutely brilliant, helping me with workloads and assisting with securing jobs across the network.

The Movex team are all approachable and having a close knit team, everything is personable and not lost in translation.

A real pleasure to work with!

Sophie Baker made our experience superb she was fabulous and dealt with our issue so quickly and so efficiently.

Unfortunately, I was absolutely disappointed with this service. I booked the service weeks in advance, just to find out no one was at the airport to pick me up. I waited and even had to contact the company. The person that answered hang up on me mid sentence and they even switch drivers twice. After waiting for sometime and the uncertainty of what this company is doing I just booked an Uber and made it to my hotel.
It was really disorganized and not recommended if you are a tourist visiting Panama. Just find a different company and I hope your experience is better.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Booked two cars to be delivered on two different occasions only to be cancelled both times. Poor customer service and no customer service department or complaints procedure. No rights as a customer to even advise or complain about poor service. Members of staff are rude if they don’t get their own way or are challenged about matters. Dealing with senior manager, is somewhat a waste of time as he never calls back when asked or promised to. He is more interested with belittling you then dealing with the problem they have created. No explanation for any of their actions or failing to stick to the contract you have entered into with them. They take your money and somewhat slow to return
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Be warned.

I have been a supplier on Movex for almost 2 years and have never had an issue with them. Shout out to the Broker team, namely Chelsey, Katherine and Lana.

Chelsey is very polite, very helpful always a pleasure to speak to Chelsey she is very professional.

Karis went over and above today helping us sort out a job. She’s a credit to the company

Sophie B helping sort out my proof of delivery, so quick and efficient! And just down to earth on the emails, straight forward and kind, we want more of this!

Very easy to deal with and always willing to help if you can't process a request yourself. I deal with Chelsey and nothing is too much trouble.

Everyone in the broker and admin team are super helpful with any help I need. Special mentions for Abbi, Demi, Luke & Molly who go above and beyond when I need a job done and deal with it all so i dont have to do a thing.

Also for Sophie in accounts for handling all my payment queries really quickly!

I would like to thank Chelsey for her amazing service . I called with a last minute panic needing a car collected the next morning and I honestly did not expect the level of service I received it was that outstanding. Thank you so much

I had a last minute transport request and Chelsey was an absolute start getting it organised. Probably around 10mins after contacting her, they delivery was booked and the car collected about 2 working hours later. Absolute lifesaver, thanks Chelsey Felton :)

Luke in the broker team is an absolute legend. Working in a logistics company we need jobs quick and snappy and Luke is the man for the job! Not only that, he makes you laugh every time you call and has amazing customer service. Luke is a top bloke and is amazing at what he does!

He was incredibly friendly and made the whole car delivery experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to go through everything with me step by step, explained the condition of the car clearly, and guided me on what to follow up on.

He also shared plenty of helpful tips, which made the experience even better. Such a great guy — really appreciate his help!

The platform is very good and has a broad selection of clients to choose from
There is always plenty of work where I need it the most, to assist myself and my driver
