Seamless experience, great prices!

Everything went smoothly. Movly's follow up through the rental was impressive.

Much better price than anyone else offered. The app was easy to use, it sent me all the details just days before my trip. I feel like I got processed by the rental car company faster than others who booked directly.

I booked through movly as I liked the idea of skipping the lines and embracing how car rentals should work in the modern age. What I got was a budget car rental with the same budget car rental process for pickup as I’ve had for the last 20 years. Presumably movly over booked their fleet and moved my booking to budget.

The rental was outsourced to Budget on both islands in Hawaii. The first time I was notified. The second time I had to guess, and it was Budget. You failed to tell me where to report and did not answer your phone. Budget gets and A, Movly get a C.

It was easy and I used Fast Break-they kept me informed

The price without a doubt. The process was fast with no hiccups. Same car from the rental places without this app at least hundred dollars more. If I had anything to say that left me a little uncomfortable because this was my first time using Movly. Was I had to wait until so many hours before knowing what rental place and car I was assigned to. But now knowing the process I plan on only ever using Movly in the future. Thanks; Garry G.

I placed a rental through a big travel search engine with Movly. They canceled my rental 48 hours prior to my trip since I did not download the app. I received emails prior about downloading the app...it was on my list to do prior to travel. Nowhere in the initial emails did it say the rental would be canceled if not completed in 48 hours!! This caused undue stress and extra work prior to a trip. The company only messaged back via WhatsApp and made no attempt to help rectify the matter. I would never recommend this company! There communication is extremely poor and emails rudimentary! Avoid and use a known car rental service!!!

Fast, easy, concise. Pleasant person to talk with!

This was our first rental with Movly. Unfortunately we chose to cancel our trip due to the incredible floods in Maui. We made the decision after the 48 hour deadline but Elisabeth and Christian worked with us to change our reservation and book the rental after things improve.
We had great service "on the phone" and via email.

5⭐️ experience. Christian was above and beyond helpful. He understood our dilemma, helped resolve the issue, and specified to call him back directly if anything else changed.

Elizabeth did an excellent job with my reservation. Her customer service skills were exceptional!

Elizabeth was so helpful! I needed to extend a future rental by 4 days. She was able to modify my reservation, when I thought I was going to have to cancel and rebook it. Made it so easy. Ten minutes and it was done!

I was hesitant because it was a new app, but I got live call before booking which helped me feel more secure. I got location of rental pick up 72 hrs before reservation and all went very well!!

Christian, the sales rep that I spoke with, is the only reason I felt comfortable keeping my reservation. I called to cancel because of internet reviews that I had read, but after speaking with him I've decided to stay with Movly. Hopefully I don't regret it!

Awesome guys! The app is convenient, but the customer support is just awesome, handled my date change with no worries. Will use Movly again for sure!
