Produkt TOP - Kundenservice FLOP
Hallo, ich schreibe selten eine Bewertung aber hier musste ich mich melden.
Es gibt auch positives zu berichten wenn dieses auch nur sehr kurz ausfällt.
Also das Produkt ansich ist TOP aber der Kundenservice fragwürdig.
Ich habe ein Lenkrad eine Base und Pedale bestellt.
Das Lenkrad kam defekt an, hab mir dabei nichts gedacht und den Kundenservice direkt kontaktiert.
Hier fängt der Spaß dann auch schon an,
ich wurde gebeten das Lenkrad zurück zu schicken damit und jetzt haltet euch fest
"sie es reparieren können" ich meine *hust*.
Ich hab kein Kaputtes und dan repariertes Produkt haben wollen,
ich habe ein NEUES bestellt und würde dieses auch gern so haben.
Versteht mich nicht falsch sowas kann immer mal vorkommen aber wer will so viel Geld zahlen
für etwas was von Anfang an nicht funktioniert hat.
Versetzen Sie sich mal in meine Lage und der Kunde schickt ihnen nur die Hälfte des Geldes?
Da würden Sie sich auch nicht gerade freuen,
und dann auch noch ständig Email verkehr haben damit man etwas bekommt wofür man schon die Leistung erbracht hat.
Die Bestellung wurde auch mit dem "VOLLEN PREIS" bezahlt und nicht mit einem Teil.
Jetzt sitze ich hier und habe ein "MOZA Produkt" das ich nicht benützen kann und spiele mit einem XBOX Controller.
Enttäuscht auf voller Länge, da ich mir dachte "ach bestell beim Hersteller" dort wird es viel besser ablaufen als wo anders.

Moza Bauteile für einen Sim sind Top, der Kundenservice und Versand ist bodenlos. Macht niemals den Fehler und bestellt bei Moza direkt. Immer über einen Zwischenhändler. Ich warte mittlerweile über 1 Monat auf meine Wheelbase, trotz anfragen beim Support oder per Mail keine vernünftige Hilfe.

useless shipping good product don’t bother ordering directly from moza. They say it’s coming from moza uk but then ship it internationally. international shipping is said to take 10-15 days but there is no support from moza when it takes months to come. Buy from GT omega or another seller otherwise you might be waiting until the end of time.

Ordered MOZA AB6 Flight Simulator stick on 22nd November 2025 as a Christmas gift. Support only informed me AFTER purchase it was out of stock, promising mid-December then 27th December restock—neither happened, now early January 2026 with zero shipment or tracking.
Why was stock status not clear at checkout? Repeated vague updates wasted my time and missed the holiday deadline. Requesting refund after 6+ weeks of frustration.
Avoid direct orders from MOZA UK if you need reliable delivery—many similar complaints on delays.

I placed an order 26/11/25 its now 2/1/2026 no order updates had 1 email saying my order would be shipped in the next 2-days and it has not .no answer on where my order is or when Iwill get it.
Avoid and use a local retailer
While it may be the cheapest way to buy their products, I would strongly recommend purchasing from a local retailer instead.
The shipping process is extremely intransparent. I ordered a wheelbase with a steering wheel, a set of CRP2 pedals, and the brake performance kit. I had to pay international shipping for both the pedals and the steering wheel (30€ EACH) because they were supposedly "out of stock". However, the packages seem to still be handled by their usual shipping partner, which makes the additional cost hard to justify, especially since the items were suddenly back in stock a few days later and my order still hasn't shipped.
The remaining items did arrive fairly quickly, but everything was shipped separately without any reason and I had to pay shipping fees for each individual item.
Horrible experience with no real communication (other than a blank shipping ID). 2 Stars because the quality of the items seems acceptable at a first glance.

Je partage mon expérience concernant la commande #EU-25204347 (volant CS V2P) passée sur le store officiel MOZA. Mon évaluation se base sur des faits précis et des ruptures d'engagements contractuels :
Publicité trompeuse sur la livraison : J'ai payé pour un service "Domestic Shipping (3-7 business days)". En réalité, le support a admis par e-mail que le colis est expédié depuis la Chine (International).
Statut logistique erroné : Ma commande est marquée "En transit" depuis le 18 décembre. Or, le suivi DHL indique uniquement une "Annonce électronique" depuis le 17 décembre, prouvant que le colis n'a jamais été remis au transporteur.
Refus d'annulation illégitime : Bien que le colis n'ait pas été physiquement collecté par DHL après 9 jours, le support refuse l'annulation au motif que l'article est "déjà expédié", contrevenant à leur propre politique de remboursement.
Conclusion : En raison de cette rupture unilatérale des conditions de vente, j'ai dû me fournir chez un revendeur local (livré en 24h). J'exige désormais le remboursement intégral de mes 237,00 €. Soyez vigilants : les stocks affichés "EU" ne sont pas systématiquement présents en Europe.

Truly the worst customer service I have had in years. Ordered pedals, wheel and hub online for my son's xmas gift and the chaos began. Total lack of clarity on stock levels and shipping. Pedals out of stock although happily took my money at checkout. Wheel and hub arrived, no pedals. So many emails chasing delivery to be told out of stock everywhere. Eventually and weeks of complaining I received a tracking number that showed no package received by DPD. Honestly if you are ordering more than one thing, avoid and buy from a retailer in UK.

A clear breach of trading standards and then rubbish from support. Item up front in big writing clearly states - "dispatched from UK warehouse within 3 days".
Placed an order, 3 days later I get a notification saying order received and the shipper is Chinese!
Guess what it's being shipped from China. No, sorry it's out of stock, do you want to wait weeks? Nope!
I immediately try to cancel and then support mess me about long enough that the order can't be cancelled because "it's shipped" (according to them). It's very clear what they are up to here, misleading, delaying and then trying to trap people in to extra costs and huge delays.
Due to their repeated very slow response, now I'm waiting weeks, maybe months for an item I'm 100% going to return. This was a present for a very sick friend - so I ordered another one from a UK supplier who isn't deceitful like Moza themselves. It arrived 48hrs later!
If Moza tries to charge me 1p for their tricks and deceit then I'm reporting them to trading standards. If you dig deep enough in to their website you eventually find the small print that if it's not in stock they'll ship from china, it could take months, you could be liable for import duties. AND BOY do you have to search hard to find this info.
I'm disgusted at their misrepresentation here, and their stinky attitude afterwards... "the computer says no!"
So they have my money, and weeks later I have nothing from them. I suspect this is actually common practice with them, trapping people in to a process they never agreed to, and Moza certainly never made clear, the opposite in fact, they deliberately hid it.
If I didn't know my friend wanted this exact product I wouldn't give Moza a single £. They won't ever be getting any more of my money, for anything, directly or indirectly - they will be getting a "stinker of the month" side review on my youtube channel though.
Trust Moza UK at your peril.

by the time I've managed to return this item, I will have spent 7 hrs emailing back and forth and jumping through hoops with Moza UK. And it turns out they don't even handle their own returns in the UK, it's going back to a completely different company.
I've filed a chargeback with my bank because I simply don't trust them to give me a refund.
I've filed a complaint with the UK ASA and Trading Standards, they are so clearly in breach of both, and basically couldn't care less.
Well when they get their fine for repeatedly misleading their customers maybe they'll be bothered then?

J'ai commandé sur leur site joystick qui est en stock je paye 90 e de frais de livraison pour que le livre dans quinze jours , une semaine après, on me dit qu'il y aura en retard de dix jours après le avoir demandé car je n'avais aucune nouvelle après 10 jours, toujours aucune nouvelle donc, je les contacte et on me dit que ce sera livré à partir du quinze décembre. Donc, un mois après ma commande pas de remboursement, pas de geste commercial compagnie à fuir
Misleading availability.
The website is not reliable. Products shown as in stock may well be out of stock or in pre-order. After 15 days stuck on ‘preparing shipment’ for an item that was supposedly available and fast shipping in 3 days from the UK. I was told that it was out stock, and that I had to wait over two months and to pay international shipping fees. The products may well be good but they are not there.
I am extremely disappointed with Moza
I am extremely disappointed with Moza. The shipping costs to the UK are excessively high, customs fees are unexpectedly burdensome, and the delivery times are far too long. Overall, the shipping and handling process is very frustrating.
On top of that, I canceled an order that was neither processed nor paid, yet I lost all my points. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. I expected much better service, but my experience has been frustrating from start to finish.
I cannot recommend Moza based on this experience.

Very slow shipping and the software for the wheelbase doesn't work. Every time you open the app it resets everything you have changed about the wheelbase. This includes disabling safety features which has hurt my wrist on a few occasions already. The hardware for the money is great. But with this level of software you might as well go to simmagic or something.

Le matériel est sans aucun doute de très bonne qualité. Mais j'aimerais savoir pourquoi envoyer 2 colis.
Sachant que j'ai commandé l’ensemble r12v2 avec son Quick release. Le Quick release n'est pas gros, il aurait pu largement rentrer dans le carton du volant. Du coup, je me retrouve avec 2 colis partis du même endroit, arrivés au même entrepôt de livraison, et la base arrive chez moi, mais le Quick release est toujours en Allemagne. J'ai donc actuellement une base inutile tant que DPD n'a pas décidé de me livrer l'autre partie. Merci à l’équipe de Moza Allemagne.
