Fantastic coffee
I was recommended to try some of these coffees, so I thought I would try the House, Signature and Classic ones as a trio pack.
I have only used the House one so far but I am very happy with the flavour. Would highly recommend the coffee. The order took a little while to arrive but it was worth the wait.

Just lovely coffee and lovely customer service
We love the huge recycle pod bag, most of all the delicious mellow coffee, so much flavour without the bitterness. We use both the caffeinated and decaff, both are lovely, the pods fit well into our Nespresso Pixies for our small offices and we're always grateful for the free post.

Poor customer service
Poor packing. Poor delivery. Packets broken inside box. Took 4 days to get to me, I live 2 miles from their place of business. Crap service for a local customer. Bye.
Added. .... sorted out lol i returned your crap to you in person. Still after 14 days you then refund me. Pizz takers like your reply below. Amateur outfit of fools.
